My husband had left the resort for the day and I had decided to go to the infinity pool to read. I stopped at the towel hut to grab a towel. The attendant asked me for my towel card, I said, I'm sorry my husband has it and he is not here. I showed him my bracelet and told him my room number and he said he couldn't give me a towel without a towel card. I was very upset. How ridiculous to treat a guest like that.

Two bedroom suite is very spacious and perfect for traveling with little ones. Great location- walkable to beach, shops, and restaurants. Pool was never too crowded.

The couch in the suite isn’t the most comfortable but definitely not a deal breaker. They had some construction going on and did inform us with a written letter, but it was still pretty loud at times during the day.

Although beach access was easy, securing a beach lounge chair wasn’t. It was a struggle to make a beach chair reservation and in 6 days never secured one. Even when there were lounge chairs visibly available, we were turned down unless we were willing to pay money for Radison chairs. Thumbs down on helpfulness of beach staff.

The suite was very beautiful, silent and clean (Ms. Sonia was excellent!). The breakfast was great (we tried both options, à-la-carte and buffet, both were delicious). The hotel was just a short walk away from the beach (there was also a free shuttle with Mr Santos, very nice guy!) and from most of the restaurants/stores of Palm Beach. The concierge was very helpful and she always had a great smile on her face.

Spacious, modern, very clean, extremely comfortable beds and great AC, easy walk to beach, cool infinity pool on rooftop, great water cooler with ice in the lobby. Coffee place in front of hotel is good for your walk to the beach.

Food wasn’t great - no menus. Drinks weren’t great. very few beach chairs for guests, no water in the gym

I loved everything! The staff were the sweetest people on earth! The location and proximity to shops and restaurants and the beach was walkable

Facilities were well groomed daily and staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

Surprise costs charged by the hotel. The $110/day surcharge for electricity was a really difficult add-on to accept.

The rooms were originally condominiums and the owner decided to make it a hotel. So the rooms we very comfortable and clean. They were immaculate. Loved the jacuzzi/hot tub. Big kudos to Gabriel at the front desk. He was very nice, courteous, and very accommodating. He was a big reason why our stay was enjoyable.

The only very minor issue is that the exterior of the windows were very dirty, which impacted the beautiful view of the ocean. I understand that the salt water air will quickly dirty the windows, but it would be nice if more effort were put into keeping the windows clean to offer the best view possible.

The location is very good if you're keen to use the beach and generally chill out. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby too. The hotel has an amazing rooftop pool which is spacious, modern and actually not too busy as most guests head straight to the allocated beach area.

Nothing to dislike really, especially given the price. Being picky, the lobby area is a bit small and chaotic but once you're checked in and have time to look around you realise how good the place is. If you find the allocated beach space is full you can rent a parasol and two loungers nearby for $30 per day.

We loved both the pools! We went in June and it was not crowded at all. We didn't go to the beach much but the pool was right up our alley along with all the adventures. The hotel room was huge! We were able to go to the grocery store the first day and stock up our fridge with breakfast/lunch items. Santos, Leyo and Gabriella were very helpful. We liked that we were not right on the beach because we are not huge beach people so it wouldn't be worth it. But loved the location of all the restaurants that were walkable distance.

There was a smell coming from the toilet almost like a sewer smell. You really only smelt it when you were in the bathroom and we learned very quickly if you shut the toilet lid every time then it helps a lot. The shower had little spots of mold but everything else was very clean. We had a hard time paying with our Discover credit card when we got there and it was very stressful. They hand type in the card number and don't swipe or use the chip. I think they should probably update their system because the hotel took my deposit with the same card on the computer no problem.
