The property was nice, clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was also good. The room was nice as well as the bathroom. I stayed there for 7 nights.

In the room, we were not able to reduce the air conditioner temperature below 23℃ and the hotel staff confirmed that. We visited Florence mid of July 2024 when it was extremely warm. Our room was on the top floor. As a result it was too hot. I don't know whether the temperature control is generally true for Florence or not, however, in Rome and Milan, I was able to adjust the temperature below 20℃ easily. I stayed there for 7 nights and in that week the avg day temperature was around 37℃ with yellow warning.

Hotel is located 15-20 min from train station Santa Maria Novella and from historical center. Easy to walk, but also tram and bus can be used. The hotel in reality is fully match with the photo. Modern furniture in the room and bathroom (shower,, toilet, bidet). The bed linen and towels are clean and white. The breakfast is good: omelet with bacon, few types of cheese and salami, yogurts, musli. I very liked tasty croassant and donuts.

Our room was looking on train road and the noiseinsulation can be better. But at the evening time there were almost no train, so we slept well. There was a little bit of vegetable on the breakfast, only tomato and a small peace of salad.

This is a student campus and they have a 24/07 reception to assist you. Also, the room’s double bed was okay, the room as a whole is spacious including the bathroom. The room curtains are electric and therefore the room can be completely dark which is excellent for light sleepers. We were initially provided with a room which has facilities for disabled people. As a result, the shower doors opened altogether and there was no level up to stop the water, thus causing a water leak on the bathroom floor. I requested this to be fixed and they were happy to give us instead a new standard room! Finally, their breakfast was rich and the same breakfast area becomes a students restaurant for dinner which was also accessible to us. Last but not least, on ground floor they have a gym and in the basement they have a laundry room which was very handy for us. All in all we had a great stay :)))

The room’s A/C temperature is pre-set on 23 degrees Celsius which made us feel cold during the night. We then decided to turn it off and keep it off rather than having it on. It would have been nice if the A/C temperature could change. Also, this property is far away from the centre and despite the nearby bus stop, please do not trust the bus times shown on Google Maps. The bus times in Florence are not reliable and they change depending on the city’s traffic. Finally, please not

Everything was amazing! The place is very big (we had the superior double room). The staff was incredibly friendly and offered us free breakfast because of the noise that was happening in the lobby until very late in the evenings. The noise problem was also fast fixed after we complained about it. We felt very welcomed here and will definitely come back again as soon as possible!

It is a bit far from the city center, but we didn’t mind walking the distance in about 30 min from The Dome. The temperature in the room was not going upper than 21 degrees because of some city regulations, but the downside was that during night it was automatically set at 19 degrees (after 12:00) and was very cold and this was not fixed even though we asked for this and I got sick because of this as is was beginning of March and quite cold. In the morning was setting automatically again at 21 degrees. Keep this in mind if you prefer a warmer place. But even with this problem, we would choose this place again, is the best value for money in Florence.

Size of the room, nice view of the city from the fourth floor, nice bathroom and shower. Generous table space for working or eating.

Bed wood frame corners stick out a lot, and both my wife and I hurt our shins within the first few minutes. Loud light up noises and hard to find switches at night with dark walls. Cheap, loud mattresses with no support. Train noise can be a bit much early in the morning until about 10:30 at night. Lots of young people hanging out at night in the main lobby, gets pretty loud.

It is a quite modern hotel that is very clean. Our room was perfect and the interaction with the staff was amazing (I asked them to prepare us a cake for my gf's birthday and they did so happily). There was a flexible check out deadline (about 30-60 mins extra) which was really convenient for us but it might have been because there were not a lot of occupants at the time. We also had the chance to store our luggage there for free after check out for our last day.

Breakfast could use some more variety especially on the savoury side. Hotel is relatively close to the center if you take the tram or bus but if you want to walk then it might be a bit tiring for you. One thing to note is that there were some extra fees not mentioned by Booking (or we might have not noticed) but they are essentially 4 euros per day per person (I think it is the case with all hotels in this city though).

Breakfast was lovely. Lots of variety and plenty of it.

The only reason we didn't give an overall excellent is because of the noise of other guests. I know my husband and I are older and the demographic of the hotel is much younger but a little more consideration to other guests would be appreciated. On our last night we had someone returning to their room at 3am and making a racket on his telephone for ages. It really spoiled our trip, particularly as we had to get up early for our flight home. On our first night (of 3) we had people making a great deal of noise at 1.30am in the morning. We understand that not everyone goes to bed at 11pm but surely there are simple courtesies to other guests? This was the only downside to the hotel. Otherwise it was perfect.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay during our weeklong trip to Florence. I would say that the location was a bit more calm in comparison to the rest of the city and it was a short distance to all the places we wanted to go. (We used the e-scooters often!) My favorite part was the complimentary breakfast every morning which was both delicious and convenient!

The only problem we faced during our time here was how incredibly hot the room would get, even at night. I understand that this is largely contributed to the fact that we visited in August, but it was very hard to be comfortable without any sort of fan or air conditioning. We left the windows open at night in an attempt to let fresh air in, but mosquitos were able to intrude as a result.

Camplus is a great place to stay in Florence. The location is very good, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel and the tram station is very close, only 3 stops until Santa Maria Novella train station. I stayed at the hotel a few days before and I ended up coming back because I liked it very much. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff was very kind and the breakfast has varied options.

There is nothing to complain at all.

Actually most of it was really great. Especially the staff was really kind and helpfull, the rooms (only the matress was way to soft), bathroom, location, parking ... Mostly perfect.

Breakfast. Scrambled eggs looked everyday like they were from the day before. I also didn't like that I had to ask for butter, fruits, coffee, even for a spoon, because it was all kept behind the counter. Too much sweets ... But I guess that's already a taste thing.
