We loved everything in this hotel. Even though the hotel is located next to a grandeur hotel, and we visited the next door hotel, I would definitely recommend this hotel. When entering the lobby, a very inviting lobby draws you in. The colours, the furniture, the welcoming personnel. Everything was outstanding. Personnel in the hotel deserves an extra mention. They are very welcoming, entertaining, never too formal or stiff, and nothing is too much. Big shout out to the team. Especially considering the hotel just opened its doors. The rooms are spacious, spotless clean, great beds (although some might find it too soft, but we like it), nice balcony (we were located in the main building), and a convenient, clean bathroom. The hotel has great heated swimming pools, a fun waterpark area for the kids, some games outside, a fun kids’ club with super friendly staff. Also the beach is a nice place to spend time. Everywhere enough chairs and beds near the swimming pool. We are very experienced travellers and stayed in the best hotels in the world (Burj Al Arab, Atlantis, Raffles, Mandarin Oriental, etc), but this hotel is in our favorites list.

Nothing. If I had to name one thing, it might be location. A lot of constructions is going on in the area, although there is not disturbance. But a lot will change in the area, as the first Casino in the Middle-East is being build opposite the hotel (water side) and that will attract many new visitors to this area.

Amazing facilities, very clean and feels new. Kids had a blast on the slides, the adult pool is the largest I have ever seen, feels like you’re staying at Jumeriah with the use of buggy’s and hospitable staff. Room size very big, you get a shower and a bath, good quality material used throughout and most importantly very comfortable bed. All the staff very attentive and accommodating. We visited the property for a staycation, we did not want to go back!! Had a great time. Thank you!

We were upgraded! We have the garden villa with full sea view and access. The room was very spacious, good for family of four. Everything is new. The bed was comfortable and sheets were at its finest. The reception manager and team were very welcoming and hospitable. We were treated for a tea/coffe while waiting to be attended.

What needs attention is the staff needs to be trained in the restaurant for high volume of guests. No one attended the reception of the restaurant and we were waiting for good 20 minutes before someone attended to us. The waiter was holding the straw where you are sipping. People who are working at the restaurant should not have body odor, it just looses the appetite.

Gym is not 24/7 The price are so high even during weekdays Buggy car sometimes take long time to reach us Most the staff dont understand what we ask for Breakfast with limited options There are miscommunications between the staff There was no Prayer direction in the room ( Qibla ) Spa fees are expensive The interior doors in the bathroom were hard to open when the hands are wet

What a wonderful 4 days we've spent there. The facilities,amenities and furniture are brand new top notch. The stuff are so kind and so so so eager to help. I wish I could mention every single one of them. A special mention goes to Saad at the reception, Mustapha at Reunion restaurant who embarassed us with his kindness, and Festus the buggy car driver.We celebrated our son's 1st birthday, they offered us a birthday cake wich was very kind of them. I've been told the hotel has the biggest swimming pool in the U.A.E and I believe it. The beach is superb. We had water, coffee,tea refilled and the towels changed everymorning when the room is cleaned, then, in the evening they pass again and ask if you need a refill and/or the towels changed. I can tell the hotel.is well managed I just hope they'll keep the great work they are doing.

Our family had an unforgettable stay at Sofitel Ras Al Khaimah! The location is stunning, and the pool area is perfect for all ages. We had the half-board option, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Even my son, who has special needs and is usually very selective with food, enjoyed every meal - something that rarely happens! A huge thank you to Catrina at reception, who made us feel so special with her kindness and thoughtfulness. She truly stole our hearts! Also, Zin at the pool area was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We’re already looking forward to coming back – this place is amazing! Does this fit your style better?

We had an amazing ground floor room near to the adult pool, with views of the sea and lagoon, private and quiet. We live in Dubai yet we found the staff outstanding well trained and far more polished wirh good communicatiilon skills than Dubai equevelant hotels The included breakfast was good although coffee machines not working. Again staff very attentive and polite

The disappointment was the restaurant choices very limited with sterile outside atmospheres, the main French restaurant.Reunion. was closed because it was a Monday however it was a public holiday wirh full occupancy !, We were directed by staff to the Ritz Carlton Hotel next door. The Shore House restaurant, it had the lush outdoor atmoshpere with excellant well priced food and cocktails.

Beautiful spacious room, tastefully decorated. The setting of the whole hotel is very nice, wonderful view from the infinity pool, which is huge. Kids-friendly, all staff treated kids lovingly as far as we could see. Breakfast was generous, with freshly prepared eggs, fresh fruit and different kinds of cheese.

The hotel has obviously been opened before final finishing. The Waka restaurant was still under construction, the little flower bed on our terrace hadn't been planted yet and housekeeping seemed to be understaffed. When we came back at 5 p.m. our room hadn't been made up.

All the resorts staff was very polite helpful, one thing is we really like hospitality everything was amazing thank you 🙏 to mandira she was amazing and very kind and she is welling to help, I think the gentleman in the restaurant he was really kind I saa he was really kind to people assisting everyone he even helped his staff as well, overall all staff were very polite and helpful I saa everyone all department thank you 😊 to make our stay great 100% we I’ll visit again 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Dinner was little bit not happy for the first day but I was fixed for next day 👍🏻
