Upon our night time arrival we were received by reception staff and made very welcome. Things were explained and help to get our luggage to the apartment. When there was an issue staff took ownership and it was dealt with quickly. Staff were friendly throughout the complex and we enjoyed our visit.

There were a couple of things which were not great. The four plastic chairs in our Apartment were faulty and the legs were loose eventually one fell apart and I had to have them repaired, which was dealt with quickly. But the cleaner should have noticed them rattling with the screws loose. Another small thing was the kitchen area didn’t have a spatula to allow you to flip food in the frying pan. It’s very difficult to turn an omelette over with a spoon! It’s also is difficult to open packages without a pair of scissors! Although generally clean I noticed that the balcony table legs were thick with dirt underneath.

The staff are amazing , they really make you feel at home. They upgraded our room so we had a really good space but it seems like most rooms come with balcony with is nice. Breakfast has lots of varieties, didn’t eat at the restaurants but did get a pizza on arrival which tasted great! Pool is cool but reasonable temperature in the heat and nice views from far. They share a spa with a next door sister hotel which was top. All facilities of the hotel are clean and had no problems with anything really! Special shoutout and thanks to Daniil who helped us and was lovely! But like I said, everyone was!

Room style could do with a little makeover but the bathroom was nice and the views from balcony was enjoyable. Would have liked porridge and or cereals as part of breakfast buffet but there were lots of other things so was still good.

The entire stay was wonderful. We came in winter, so there were many vacancies. At check-in we received an upgrade to an apartment, which was very spacious. Our cleaning lady was very friendly. The rooms were very clean. We had technical issues, which were solved quickly and sufficiently by the technicians. The hotel is part of Hotel Mon Port, which is adjacent to La Pergola. We could use Mon Port to play tennis, have dinner or use the indoor pool. The grounds (our yard, the pools, lawns, terrace) looked very nice.

Room was lovely - a one bed apartment with a small kitchenette. Twin bedroom was separate and a south facing balcony. Lots of toiletries in bathroom and serviced each day unless you request it not to be. 10 min walk to the main part of the port with restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets but there is a small supermarket within a 3 min walk and a couple of bars and restaurants which are really nice. The staff everywhere are lovely and friendly - extremely helpful even with the language barrier Glass of bubbles or soft drink on arrival - nice touch especially in the heat and after a long journey Quiet complex and family friendly - pool was busy with families but you would expect this in the height of the season - still plenty of sunbeds and hotel supply the pool towels - lots of shade around the pools with trees and use of umbrellas. I only used the pool on one afternoon as there is a little beach area close by 2 min walk. Didn't use the gym but it looked well equipped Spa and indoor pool available but again I didn't use so cannot comment Did not have the breakfast at the hotel as I had the small kitchen area in the apartment - but the coffee is excellent!

Check out hours are not 24 so you may need to sort your bill out the day before you depart as the reception is closed early morning. Key cards kept failing so a trip to reception was always required to re-do the card again - slightly annoying so I just got it done on my way back to the apartment anyway (told not to keep near a magnet or mobile phone which I did stick to but it failed anyway) Other than that - a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay :-)

Maybe the superior apt is getting a little tired decor wise it cld do with an update but otherwise it was perfect with a large balcony. If u are arriving very late at night u may have to go up the hill to the sister hotel to find someone but this is just a small inconvenience and then u don’t get all the useful information when checking in as u would during the day.

While the rooms are the epitome of comfort, the addition of slippers and toothpaste would further enhance the guest experience. The pool, though wonderfully maintained, closes a tad early. Extending its hours would allow guests to make the most of their leisurely evenings.

The staff were excellent and quickly helped with fans (the a/c was working, I just needed extra cooling!), umbrella for the balcony and additional information. The beds were fabulous, firm while still comfortable. Kitchenette allowed easy preparation of simple meals. Lovely pool with a sun bed usually able to be found without ‘reserving’ early in the morning. Parking. View from the balcony.

The bedroom in our apartment was a little dark with only a (constantly curtained) window onto the public corridor. The soundproofing is pretty good but didn’t cope with parents in the room next to us shouting at their children late at night.

The superior apartment was excellent, lovely and very spacious. Small kitchen area adequate with2 hob plates and fridge microwave and washing up liquid tea towel dishcloth. In mid October warm enough to swim and very quiet. We didn't take breakfast, but had one meal in the sister hotel Mon restaurant which was good. Swimming towels provided, we used the Hotel Mon outside pool as it was a bit bigger and deeper than that from La pergola, but both were nice. 10 minwalk tomain town.

breakfast was better than any normal buffet breakfast i have been to. Food seemed fresher and not burnt to a crisp under the hot lamps. The rooms were very nice and clean and we made great use of them. All the staff were very friendly

Only downside would be the location if you struggle to walk. Taxis were only 5euro to the port but it was a 15min walk, which was very nice walking past the yachts. Not a hardship walking there at all

Breakfast was good and very elaborate, lots of different choices. There even was cava there if you want it! Further more the studio appartement was of nice comfortable size with small kitchenette with allows you to get stuff from the nearby supermarket cool. Check out is until 12 o'clock.

If you want to travel to different places by public transport, the way the busses are currently set it causes extra travel time with this location. By car you will be fine. With bus you will very likely first need to go back to palma. The area around the hotel is a bit expensive
