Location excellent. Parking excellent. Hotel very quiet. View from room excellent. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast very good. There was a good selection of food choices and beverages

The room was not very clean, there was no attention to detaild. Furniture wasn't clean. Need to be steam cleaned One elevator was broken room service poor.

The hotel was clean, had great amenities, nicely decorated, and in the perfect location. You really cannot beat the view from your personal balcony! Breakfast every morning was delicious and the staff did a great job to replenish the food options as they were needed too. There were lots of restaurants, shops, things to do, and a very convenient Walgreens located all with a block or 2.

The ONLY thing that could use some work in this hotel are the elevators. They are very slow, the fans don’t work very well and sometimes not at all, and there are only 2 to accommodate the entire hotel of over 100 rooms. I felt like I spent a lot of my stay waiting for the elevator.

This hotel has such a beautiful view (as with all that are beachfront), but there was something nice about being in the middle of everything! We had double balconies in our corner room and each balcony was very spacious! The hotel room had lots of space with the bedroom separate from the main area and allowed room to spread out! The fitness center looked out towards the ocean, so working out felt so much more relaxing! The location was great as it was walking distance to almost everything and close to the VB Wave stop to get to where it was too far! This hotel offers a free breakfast available each morning with a variety of options including biscuits and gravy, sausage, hash browns, cereal, yogurt, etc!

The outdoor pool only has ladder steps to get out rather than full walk in steps, which makes me a little nervous. The pool is 4 feet to 8 feet, so trying to let my son play was a little nerve-wracking. The doors are heavy, which isn't a horrible thing safety wise but sometimes it took a little extra to get them open.

Breakfast was good. Delightful staff provided music and a positive vibe. Their attitude was fantastic. The front desk staff could not have been any better! All were great but Rosemary was especially professional and accommodating. They deserve a raise. I liked that cleaning staff only stop by at your request and don’t knock on the door in the morning. Amazing location. Walk right from the lobby to the beach. Which is clean and well maintained. I would return there just because of the fabulous staff.

The pool was rather cold. I would add a hot tub. The cleaning staff use the same elevator as the guests. If possible, it would be nice if they used it during low traffic hours. The giant trash bins in front of the parking garage entrance make it a little difficult to get in but they probably don’t have any other options.

The breakfast was excellent, staff at breakfast had wonderful energy!! My husband and I went to clean off the high chair and the employee said “no sir, you let me do that…. You’re on vacation, am I right? Well you need to enjoy it!! This is our job, we will take care of this, you guys go out and enjoy your day!!” It was so sweet!! The parking staff was so sweet to my daughter and made her look forward to seeing him every time we came back to the hotel!

The poor balcony door was soo hard to open and close that it was barely worth the energy to open.

The staff were excellent! They were friendly, professional, personable, helpful and accommodating.

The hotel was a little rustic. We had to step out Iinto the cold to get to the kitchen or anywhere else. I thought the Lobby and all other areas would be "inside" the enclosure of the hotel. It was more like a motel. However, the view of the Ocean was excellent and the Staff made up for the lack of luxuries we didn't have. The rails to the balcony were rusty.

Breakfast was excellent! The staff at breakfast were the best they made sure spills were cleaned up promptly, replaced breakfast items the were gone quickly, answered questions and were very happy and pleasant people. It helps to get the day started with someone giving you a smile and a song 🎵

The dry machine was noisy near the elevators but it was still on constantly even though the floor was no longer wet. I also wished the pool opened at 9am not 10.

The staff was friendly. They were quick to assist. The hot breakfast was delicious and the cook was delightful. Even in the off season they are good places to eat with great oceanfront views. I recommend using Freebee to get around. Waking up to a spectacular sunrise was the best. Look for the dolphins! They come close enough to enjoy. I would stay there again.

The bathroom smelled like mildew and chlorine. They should keep the door open. The phone was disconnected from the phone line which made me question the thoroughness of housekeeping. The sofa bed's fabric has crusty food stains. I gave a bag of trash to a young lady in housekeeping and when I came out of the room it was left on the floor by the rail. 🤔🤷‍♀️

We love the lay out , separate bedroom and living room , breakfast was good plenty of food and snacks too , staff was great the person who checked us in March 25 was great took good care of us we always got what we need extra towels so forth ( the little things that make great )

1. Room looked run down , coat paint new furniture would help that , (but have to say room was clean ) 2. Our shower light stop working , we did call maintenance and did come he got it work but stop working

The hotel and our suite were in a great location. Great balcony for beach view and sunrise. Parking deck was very accessible. The layout of the suite was excellent with a large bedroom with king bed and tv. Nice sized bathroom with walk in shower. Nice sized counter for coffee prep and a table and chairs for dining. The living room had a large sectional sofa.

We thought the unit in general and the bathroom in particular could have been much cleaner. The temperature was hard to regulate and we were really cold most of the time, especially in the bedroom where there was only a top sheet on the bed. The included breakfast buffet was standard fare.
