Lovely room with comfortable bed, smart TV, good aircon and good shower pressure. Also provided free sarongs and reusable tote bags in the room to take for days out plus free water bottles each day. Free breakfast was also great as was the free tea, coffee and biscuits throughout the day. Easy to walk from the pier with all our bags too. Can book the snorkelling tour with them which was great and there are snorkels at the hotel if you want them! Very good value for money.

It does take about 20 minutes to walk to the heart of Sairee Beach however this wasn't too much of a problem as the walk is really pleasant.

Blue wave house is a must stay in Koh Tao. Incredibly affordable in comparison to lots of the places available. Family run business who are just so accomodating. We got free snorkels for our stay which was so awesome!!! Free toast, coffee, biscuits and water everyday. Room cleaned everyday with fresh towels and a TV with Netflix etc. Such a lovely room with a gorgeous sea view. We had to shorten our stay in Koh Tao for personal reasons and they even refunded us the two night amount even though it was non refundable!!! Incredibly kind of them to do that when most wouldn’t. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

The hospitality we received from Nairyana and her daughter Tangmo was second to none. Everything was catered for - and more. It was exceptionally hot during our stay and a fan was given to us on request (no quibble) And .yes the room also had good AC. Nirvana also offered us umbrellas when going out..The gardens are beautiful and the facilities in general exceptional. Beach bags and sarongs, general rest area with tea/coffee, very good breakfast. The room was small but perfectly adequate. The walk to Sairee beach is no more than a 10 mins - slow stroll. We loved it here. People make places and this couldn't be more true of these lovely people. This hotel represents excellent value for money. Thoroughly recommend 👌

Really nice hotel! The hotel is modern and full of greenery. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable with a fridge, good air conditioning and fan. A nice balcony overlooking the trees. Free breakfast is available every morning toast, tea and coffee :) We just kept to ourselves but there is a communal area with kitchen so nice for solo travellers. The staff were super friendly and so helpful. They were really kind and helped us with our visa extension and also booked our onward travel to Chiang Mai for us. The location is perfect, you don’t need to get a taxi from the ferry it’s just a 5 minute walk up the hill from the pier. Loads of really nice shops and restaurants close by and nice beach. Our stay was really easy, relaxed and comfortable I would highly recommend this hotel.

The housekeepers do a great job cleaning. Everything in the room was spotless. The location is 5 minutes walk from the beach/ pier and a 1 minute walk to the main shops and restaurants of the port. Lively area with lots of massage parlors, scuba shops, and eateries. Smart TV We got 2 water bottles delivered to our door daily Yummy biscuits always in lobby Snorkel gear and umbrellas free to use

The noise from the main road is very loud. Hotel gave us ear plugs. Our sliding door didn’t lock but since we were on the 3rd floor and it’s a safe area/ island we didn’t mind.

Clean room, a few amenities were provided which was great. They had a smart TV that allowed you to login to Netflix which you don’t get often, although there is so much to do in Koh Tao you probably won’t need it. Loved that they provided a help yourself tea and toast every morning too. Great value for money. There are also lots of great food places nearby and it’s a 20 mins walk or short scoot to Sairee beach.

Nothing! We thought the location was brilliant being so close to the port, the walk with our big backpacks was much easier, but if you want to be staying in the hub of nightlife then it may not be the place for you.

Modern blocks mostly facing pretty courtyar garden. Good size room, comfy XL bed, shelf hanging and storage space. Large well-designed bathroom. Very clean and room cleaned daily if requested. Family run, useful local info/translation, very kind, helpful and generous - even got up early to help us with early departure for ferry. Community area with tea/coffee/biscuits. Simple breakfast provided (unexpected). Let us check in early and stored luggage until then. Chosen for easy access to pier, good location on edge of centre.

Koh Tao very noisy, huge number of motorbikes and hotel affected as by main road - nothing they could do about that!

Great location near to pier and the beach also restaurant, grocery. Clean room, they provided water daily at room and free coffee and toast fruits at reception, even had beach towels and beach bags and snorkeling supplies for borrowing for free. The staff was really really kind let us do earlyer check in, and when I let my watch at the room after leaving contact me immediately and send it to me to Bangkok. without even letting to pay for the delivery. I highly recommend this place and if I come back to Koh Tao I am going to stay here for sure.

After getting to the hotel everything was great 😊, no idea why at the beginning the Google maps show us a different location and adress 2 km away, but maybe just the GPS got wrong The hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the pier.

The room was very comfortable, well equipped and in a decent location. We had an issue (food poisoning - not from the hotel) which meant we had to stay an extra 2 nights. After speaking to the staff to explain they rearranged some rooms to ensure we could stay in the same room for the extra nights. Overall very happy with the stay and would recommend.

Apart from how busy the island was and the number of foreign tourists, there was nothing at all wrong with the hotel and the staff. Mosquitos were a bit of an issue, but the staff came round every evening to deal with any around the room.

Great place to stay in Koh Tao. The room was spacious with a nice balcony and very comfortable bed. They had additional amenities such as snorkeling masks and umbrellas that you could borrow from the hotel or shared kitchen where you could warm up your food or make a tea or coffee for yourself. Location is also nice, as you can even walk to the hotel from a pier. You could hear the noise from the nearby street, but even though I am a light sleeper it did not bother me that much.
