The room was quite spacious and clean (very important if you are with kids). The location is fine although it is surrounded by lots of construction works (streets)

The fact that nowhere was mentioned that "for security reasons" they "must" keep your passport or any ID.. At the end I managed to suggest that it is better to request a security deposit instead which the guy "accepted" but with some kind of upset face... For my own security I will never give my passport/ID to a person different from an authority... Sorry... On the other side, the kitchen only was useful for 1 burner... The rest of them were broken and there was not any instructions or manual at the hand to properly operate

The reception staff was courteous and helpful. They entertained the request for late checkout. Generally the location was quite suitable for my moving around in the city.

The room was not full general amenities ( like hangers, personal locker, bathroom essential (like tooth brus, shaving kits, other). When enquired to reception desk they said they provide on demand?

The location of the property was convenient and accessible to the local area. It was a quiet location. The staff were attentive. The restaurant was fairly decent.

These are serviced apartments, not a hotel as very limited amenities. The pillows were not at all comfortable but managed for a couple of days.

The size of room is perfect and swimming pool is clean

The only comments I can suggest are at P1 ,P2 & P3. The Spot Residence should allocate a Pedestrisn walk always open not blocked by Parkkng slot. I can not imagine and it is not helpful to go down using the stsirs/steps at least 10 in numbers without even handrails plus no friendly access to pedestrisn since it was blocked by parking. I believed it is a violation if local safety ordinance. We hope next time we check-in side mid handrail will be installed.

we enjoy our stay for 3 days for the room that we booked i can say that we are comfortable, all are okey the room the facilities and the staff is good.

i didn’t like about the property is the curtain i think it’s time remove it wash and change with the clean one. the furniture like the chair in the dining and sofa need to change some of your sofa with the burn from cigarette. about the play area just add some toys and more slide.

The room were clean and spacious. Our kids enjoyed the pool😊

The sofa bed needs to be changed. There are only 2 bath towels for each room provided. Needs to add additional pots for guests who cooks their food in the hotel.

The location is Excellent, Parking is always available. Staff is welcoming. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are good. Silent, quiet and peaceful rooms. Overall staying experience was great. I would recommend this place for stay. Its not a 5 star but its a value for money.

Floor looks clean but feet get dirty fast. Maybe requires some extra cleaning of tiles.

The place and view are very nice, the equipment on the room enough to stay home and just buy food from the shops that made your party.

the floor on balcony doesn’t clean and once you wake around your place that you will find alot of points on the floor which disturbing me.

The Spot residence is really good, great staff, accommodation was beautifully clean. I was in Bahrain for the F1 Testing & GP. Central location with Supermarket less than 8 mins on foot. The swimming pool is equipped with plenty of Sunbeds. GYM has up to date equipment. Cafe on site same level as the swimming pool open until 1am with inside/outside seating area food was good and reasonably priced I will be booking gor next year as soon as I have dates.

the staff are friendly and accommodating, spacious apartments in a new 20+-story building. room service is good and quick. gym, swimming pool, steam and sauna are good, there is a play room for kids also. the hotel is suitable for Families. nice views from rooms in the northern & eastern sides of the hotel.
