The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was really good. There was always fresh water available in the foyer. Everybody was kind and could not do enough for us. Very friendly atmosphere.

We did pay for a superior room and we did get a balcony which was really lovely. However the room itself was very small. The bathroom however was great and the shower was really good.

The hotel is OK. The room was good, very well equipped (wardrobe, hangers), clean. Very good bed.

Don't be fooled! The hotel staff promised me that on the last day, when I would leave before breakfast time, I would be able to take something to eat. However, when I was about to leave early in the morning I was told that it is "impossible". So I left hungry. The room is very narrow. It was very difficult to squeeze to the window between the bed and the small desk. To sit at the desk, I had to sit on the bed.

Loved that this hotel was close to the bus and train station, yet set back and private. The staff was wonderful, friendly and warm and informative. The breakfast looked amazing and the coffee was good. Easy to walk a block to the beginning of the historic center and right by the tourist office : ) would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, right in the centre of town and 3 mins from the bus station. We had a beautiful room, recently refurbished by the look of it. Very modern, functional, superb bathroom, spacious bedroom, great lighting. Very nice breakfast each morning, helpful staff. A wonderful hotel.

Great location just off the busy section but close enough for a short walk to everything - cinema, shopping, old town, all the sites! Parking next to the hotel was fantastic to have. The room was a good size, clean, comfortable, and the interior of the hotel was inviting, warm, friendly, and wonderful. The staff was so kind, helpful, and accommodating, 24/7 front desk.

The hotel location is great, next to PEM-bus terminal and within 5 minutes walk to the SNCF train station. The room size is bigger than in Avignon. The room has refrigerator and safe box. Air condition is in good condition. We could walk to the city center easily and use as the hub to travel to Marseilles.

The price is quite expensive but acceptable as I visited during the peak season.

Room was comfortable and clean with ample storage. Compared to other rooms I've recently stayed in, this felt spacious and was well laid out (same for the bathroom). The staff are very pleasant. Location is ideal, only a couple of minutes walk to the bus station and to Cours Mirabeau.

Fantastic location for travellers. We arrived from.the Alps and the train station was less than 5 mins away. Although we arrived after 21.30 pm, restaurants were less than 5 minutes away. This morning it took us less than 3 minutes walk to get to the coach station..perfect! Lovely, helpful staff . Very clean room and comfortable bed.

Great location -transport links and city centre all within a few minutes walk. Hotel is ‘no frills’ but very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Couldn’t fault it

Unexpected stopover as our flight from from Marseilles was cancelled. Hotel was very well positioned within easy walking distance from the train station, bus to the airport as well as the centre of Aix. A room upgrade on arrival was a very welcome surprise, thanks for that.

Very nice hotel but a bit pricey.
