Facilities, lap pool etc. very happy with ground floor unit. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops.

No airport bus pickup. Cost of Maxi taxi way to expensive. For the cost of the taxi we could have stayed at Rydges and walked across to airport. You have all the right things BUT you need to get airport shuttle services pickup. PLUS info on how to get from central station to your hotel by bus.

The room was quite (facing the inner garden), spacious, well equipped and private. The complex is overall clean, has nice facilities (pool, spa, gym, bbq) and friendly reception staff. Free coffee pods are provided and the wifi is great. Each room has a smart TV on which you can watch Netflix, YouTube and other streaming services, perfect for a family with teens. The location is excellent, only 20 min to the city by bus, or 15 min away by Uber from Bondi and other lovely beaches. The Zetland village has everything you need, including supermarket, chemist, cafes and restaurants. In summary, the location, quality of accommodation and value for money were a real win for us.

We had to change room due to a faulty aircon unit, but this was professionally managed by the staff and we were offered a free late check out.

Facilities do not enable connection of HDMI cord from my laptop to the TV. No toaster. Air freshener scent in corridors much too over powering. Would like option NOT to have towels taken and washed before I indicated - many other accommodations have a notice to say that towels will only be renewed if left on floor, but not renewed if kept on towel rail. this helps with the environment!! Less power use and less water use. Similarly, one day when I was out the staff put 3 dirty dishes in the dishwasher and ran the dishwasher - incredibly wasteful of power and water. I had planned to wash these myself by hand - good to somehow give guests the option whether to have this happen or not.

The day I left I let a small bag in reception containing my mobile phone we noticed at the airport but we had already entered Departures so where not allowed to leave we phoned the hotel and you had found it is there anyway you can post the phone to my home address i don't need the bag there is some money (euros) tucked inside the phone wallet you could take any cost from or I could transfer any cost from my bank to yours.if this could be resolved it would make a perfect holiday. Staff were friendly and helpful. Suite was clean and had all the amenities I needed. It felt secure and it was quiet. Also located lower in height in the building with it being on the ground floor (as per the preference requested). Location was in a nice neighbourhood, seemed safe.

My first name and surname were recorded in the opposite fields in the booking records so the wifi did not work at first when trying to register online in the suite, but they fixed it quickly at the front desk. Maybe I filled out the booking form wrong, not sure. When I checked out, the front desk called a taxi for me, but when out front a lot of other people were also waiting for taxis. I wasn't sure which was mine and the front desk at the time couldn't tell me the licence plate, would be good to know next time.

Had the best sleep in years. Block out blinds, great king sized mattresses and pillows, no noise, kitchen and laundry within the room, huge BIR. Safe area. Sauna. Excellent and friendly customer service. Love that they are able to accommodate my early check-in and request for a room with bathtub. Ease of access to the city and from the airport. Public transportation, train and buses and supermarkets and shops nearby as well.

There's a smell in the room that I could not identify but it's not overwhelming and I got used to it. Had difficulties connecting to the chromecast but it wasn't a deal breaker as I was out most of the time anyway.

The apartment was spacious, clean, modern and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs (only tea towels missing and no cutlery holder for the dishwasher. I'm sure concierge would have helped if we'd asked though). Toiletries were great. The bed was comfy and black out curtains were appreciated! It's in a great location - lots of shops within walking distance.

We were unable to connect to the Wifi on the first night (it was fine in the morning). It was quiet inside the building but there was quite a bit of street noise on our first night (we ended up playing white noise on the phone in order to sleep). There were no flyscreens on the door or window which was fine for us but could be an issue in summer.

Location, size of the apartment, the laundry facilities in our apartment and the dishwasher, hairdryers provided, the overall cleanliness of the apartment.

You couldn’t close the door easily with 2 single beds in the downstairs bedroom. Different toilet brushes need to be used to clean under the rims-if the toilet lid is left up while someone is lying in the bath it looks filthy and absolutely disgusting. The lounges were quite firm to sit on and not very comfortable. Not enough salt and pepper sachets were provided for a 4 day stay and not topped up when serviced during the stay.

I was really pleased with the staff's overall demeanour and thoughtfulness in providing customer service. There's a sauna, an indoor exercise centre, and a swimming pool. I was quite grateful for these.

The malfunctioned lift (none of the lifts was operational one day). Five people, my family and I, had to take the stairs in the morning and early afternoon to get to the room on the 15th floor. There was no early notice on this issue. I don't know how often we had to walk up and down. The other lift was permanently broken. Every morning, the lift was full of people, and even my family had to take the next lift until it was empty.

We had a one bed apartment and it was huge. We had everything we needed. It was fantastic. The only negative is that our apartment was facing the main road so it was very noisy in the mornings with traffic. The location is lovely with bars, restaurants and shopping facilities beside it. The Zetland hotel is approx 7 min walk. There is a train station (5 min walk) and the trains can take you all over. Ribs and burgers do a great lunch time special for $15.
