Didn't get to eat breakfast - flight was very early. Location perfect for the airport. Reception and staff good. Ate in the restaurant. Ate from the menu (buffet didn't look great to me). Food was fine. Burger and chips (greasy pale in colour chips) but satisfied and wasn't expecting much more in an airport hotel.

The mirrors in the room are awful. Very hard to put on makeup. Up on tiptoes in the bathroom to lean into mirror over sink. Tried the only other alternative which was to duck into the wardrobe!!!! Maybe one of those small round mirrors you pull out on an extension arm would be a good addition.

It is very clean and beautiful. The check in was very nice and easy process. They helped me with my luggage and took me to my room. Very happy with my experience. It was nice to come earlier in the day and relax before my early check out since I had a morning flight.

Only thing I would add is they need to make it very clear about location . The airport is a bit big so it’s was little hard to find it. It’s on Apple Maps but not on Google maps just to mention. It’s near international flights and it’s on second level you need to get up elevator or escalator.

The location is great for when traveling and having an overnight flight. We also liked the service provided by Gabo (Gabriel) he was great in helping us with the luggage and showing us the room around (how the safe works, where the toiletries were, etc.,)

When we showered the water kept coming hot or cold. It needs to be regulated so that it doesn't change temperature as you are showering. My family and I showered and we all complained about it, it is not safe for children because at one point it will change to really hot.

The GDL airport is very modern, however, the road to get to it is not. Between extremely heavy traffic and road conditions, I would highly recommend you stay here the night before you fly out. Also, the standard of cleanliness and room condition was great. The hotel is directly inside the airport, 1m walk from check-in airline booths

You have to use your key card to access the elevators but hearing someone jiggling your room door is still jarring. But it might’ve been kids

This is a new property! I had a room that looked out to the runway and I heard no noise outside from planes or inside from Hallways so slept like a baby! The rooms are nice and beds very comfortable! Loved out stay inside the airport terminal!

There is no breakfast room service, but does have service for dinner! Not a big deal I just like to get packed up and grab breakfast in my room! They do have a nice restaurant either way with breakfast !

I like that the hotel was inside the airport. We had an early flight so all we had to do was walk downstairs and we were already in the airport. The convenience was what we needed since we also traveled with a toddler.

I was a bit bummed out that they did not have a pool. However, I completely understand that they cannot have a pool because of the airplanes. Maybe an indoor small pool would be beneficial for travelers.

Perfect for an early flight and late arrival, your don't even have to get out of the airport and the receptionist Abril, was very nice and helpful and answered all my queries.

I found hair on the wardrobe which clearly wasn't well cleaned that area and it was a leak in the bathroom ceiling which I could hear the drops as soon as I walked in the room.

Location and the facilities

Staff not very accommodating. Because it’s in an airport people sometimes show up early, depending on flight times. Even though they didn’t seem that busy I had to wait from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm to check- in. They weren’t even able to store my bag while I waited.

Very convenient to the airport and exceptionally quiet .

Google maps directions were poor, we were directed to the work entrance!!.The bathroom design, while very nice and modern is poorly conceived, the mirror lighting makes it difficult to use, mirror is lit from behind! Additionally, the towel bar in in front of the sink interfering with the ability to reach the sink easily.

My 2 children flew into GDL from SFO and LAX for my 88th birthday.I live at Lake Chapala and their flights arrived around midnight. I reserved a room for them because it was so late. They have continued to rave about the location, comfort and cleanliness, as well as courtesy of staff. I will recommend your hotel!
