I like how caring and accommodating the property was all of the staff was awesome but one of the staff members that stood out the most to me was Xavier S he was exceptional. He was great. I love everything about him. I love how he assisted us. he showed us exactly where the laundry room was where the trash rooms was and how everything basically works at this property and he is the reason that we continue to book here

How the side door would always jam and not open up , even if you have your room key

very near to the airport but there is no way around unless you use uber the room was nice and clean

You can not say you serve breakfast and the only thing available is coffee and if you woke up very early you may/maynot catch a muffin

The location, the bedroom was ok , but it was noisy because the freezer machine and the bathroom zinc was dropping but it was safe, clean , with tv, the only thing it smells not very good, probably the carpet!, I think this a pla ce for long stays, at least for a week or more . I just need it for overnight, transit stay and really close from the airport

I didn’t like the staff, the lack of response of messages, and they don’t care about helping or not the visitor, and they should say the breakfast is very elemental probably because the rooms have kitchenette .for long stays I choose wrong because my purpose was only overnight for transit overlay,

Checked in at 1am and checked out at 5am. Didn't use any hotels amenities

Since we checked in so late, we had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to let us in. It was stressful.

it was very near DFW, room was what I need for a 1 night stay...

wish there was coffee maker in the room instead of going down to the lobby

The fact that because of an extended stay, they wont be doing the cleaning daily, helping keep resources and privacy for guests. The fact that they have a well equipped kitchen that almost nobody else have. The convenient location near the airport. Well equipped laundry.

The gymnasium is restricted to cardio exercises only, and for only 1 person and up to 45 minutes workout. The breakfast is just oatmeal, bread, and coffee to carry to the room. I personally experienced some people trying to enter without key and asking for letting them in.

Good amenities, comfortable bed, and free coffee and grab-and-go breakfast! The staff were very friendly as well. I only stayed for one night, but it would be the perfect place to stay for multiple nights.

There's nothing in particular that I didn't like.

Best for the price. Comfy. You have microwave, fridge, stove, iron board and iron. Everything is good. And free breakfast.
