It had all the amenities we needed and was in a great location for getting to the station as well as into the town centre. Perfect base for us for our trip! It was spacious and we both slept well in the bed. The shower was also great!

Not dislikes but just things to note that would make the space feel even more worthy of the price point- would be extra lovely if the living room space was a little more comfy/cosy! A lamp in the bedroom would also be helpful. It was a shame to have to have the doors shut all the time (because of the nature of the doors I guess, I think they were fire doors?) so a doorstop/s would be a nice touch, if it’s possible.

Great location, with a handy cafe for breakfast. Room well appointed with comfortable bed. Well lit en suite Basement room.Generally quiet Tea and coffee and kettle in the room whole basement well ventilated. Staff very pleasant and 24 hour reception cover.

The basement location meant that the air conditioning ran all the time . It was of course very dark in the room so we brought a nightlight to allow us to get to the toilet safely.

Great location within walking distance of the centre/shops/bars/pubs/docks/places to eat! We really enjoyed our stay. The young guy on the desk when we arrived was polite and helpful (even recommended some places for us to visit when we asked). Overall good value for money! Would definitely recommend.

My only fault, and it's minor really, was that on booking there was a games room advertised (which I liked the sound of) and when we got there, it was out of use. Other than that the place was decent!

Had a fabulous 4 night stay at Cocoon International. The staff was very helpful and took some cases up to our apartment. Chloe helped with this and reassured us if we needed anything at all we just had to ask at reception. Staff all pleasant and helpful. Location was ideal for our requirements. Really pleased about how clean and comfortable the apartment was. It had recently been decorated also. Thanks so much to the staff of Cocoon Apartments and Inn for making our trip so enjoyable. Great location for city center, the price was great and I felt safe as a lone woman travelling also. The staff were very helpful and chatty and the room was clean and comfortable.

The pillows on the bed were pretty lumpy, I am sure I could have asked for them to be changed but I didn't bother so I cant really complain. There was one night that there was loud music but it was a Saturday night so I didn't mind too much.

Beds were really comfortable, shower was lovely & powerful and the whole place was really neat & tidy. Tea & coffee fa polities in the room but take your own milk!

There is no designated parking available but there are pay on the street options or use the large car parks and walk to accom. Be warned, it is in a largely student dominated area but that didn’t bother us.

Having a twin studio apartment is a rarity, this was perfect for my daughter and I. Spacious kitchen. Nice big shower. The bedroom was quiet. The staff were perfect, absolutely lovely all of them.

The toilet seat was hanging off, the hob on the cooker wasn't working, the bedsheets weren't clean, and the pillows inside were quite yellow.

Good room, great value for money. Reasonable size, not huge be enough and storage space. Towels provided too which we didn't get when we stayed in the adjoing hostel on a seperate occasion. The room was clean and tidy with a good shower and ensuite. We were not disturbed but other guests with noise at all so it was either decent sound proofing or a quiet weekend. Location is fab. We are at pub next door great food. Comedy club round corner and close to everything

Smooth check in & out. Staff very friendly and helpful. For the price, this was a great place to stay for one night in liverpool. Great location, 5 min walk from city centre

Beds slightly low quality, but for one night sleep it was fine. Corridors were a bit dingy, wet towels around door of room opposit during entire stay

Location was great. In a nice area of the city with plenty restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Staff were helpful. Apartment was generally clean and tidy.

Beds were not comfortable. Thin mattresses and one of our party was pretty hunched over after one nights poor sleep. Elected to sleep on the couches in living area on the second night. Tv wasnt working and wasn't fixed despite requesting it. Not a huge issue as we weren't there much but might annoy others.
