Breakfast was Good with staff continually cleaning.

Parking information, the one recommended was further away and more expensive than the car park I found literally 100 yds from the hotel.

Firstly, the hotel was really good. Looks to be pretty new. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were really comfortable and the hotel itself was spotless . Location was good and quiet enough at nights.

On the down side, we felt the staff were very dour. Little or no interaction with guests. On checking out, the receptionist offered no words of goodbye or thank you. We found the breakfast, as in most hotels, was pretty run of the mill and not very warm. The towels were replaced, on request, but rooms were never hoovered or cleaned over our 3 day stay. Although taking into account all of the above, if you're looking for a good hotel with basic facilities, I'd recommend this 1

Lovely modern hotel. Nice rooms. Good breakfast. Good size twin beds. Very good location. Good on street parking outside hotel.

Our room was beautifully clean and comfortable. The only thing I really didn’t like was the way the beds were made up. We had a twin room. The beds were a good size and comfortable. However the duvets weren’t large enough to tuck in all round, ideally they should centre the duvet and just tuck in the bottom edge. Instead they tucked in one side and the bottom leaving the other side just level with the bed. To ensure coverage the whole duvet had to be pulled out and centred. Leaving an untidy bed to sleep in. Housekeepers please take note. I had to remake my own and my husband’s bed every night before we climbed in, which was really annoying to say the least.

the Hotel is a new and beautiful modern building in an excellent location, within walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants & nightlife. We did an early bag drop as we arrived earlier than the check-in time, which was very convenient. The rooms are new, clean and modern with everything you need. Having the breakfast included, is such a bonus as it is one of the few hotels that offer this without it being an excessively expensive extra. I would definitely stay here again!

The rooms are quite small, so a bit tight if you have a lot of luggage. but perfectly fine for a short stay!

The breakfast was really good there was lots to choose from and me and my partner were full for the whole day only had to have dinner in the evening. The location was a fifteen minute walk from the train staion and it was easy to find with loads of bars and restruants to choose from.For the price we were very satisfied and wished we stayed for another night.

Only thing that was slightly upsetting was that when we came up to our room there was sheets all over the corridor floor and the cleaners were still doing up the rooms.Which is fine because they're doing their job but it did make a bad first impression as I struggled to pull my case through the sheets and ended up carrying my case and trying not to trip on the piles of sheets.

Great location. Liverpool One is a 2 minute walk away. Room was clean and comfortable with good facilities. Breakfast was good as well, very much what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn - good variety/choice and plenty of it, just busy. Staff were very pleasant and the vast majority very helpful.

The pricing for their wine was wrong when I bought a glass with a discrepancy between their till price and what they had listed in their literature. However, the individual who dealt with this was very polite and worked through the issue to resolve it. While this was happening, another of the night staff advised a woman with her young son (under ten) to go on a fifteen minute walk to find a pizzeria when she enquired if she could get one delivered. This was at 11pm and I felt he could have been more accommodating and got her a number to ring for one. However, I appreciate she could have probably done this herself on her mobile.

Great location. Friendly staff. Evening girl receptionist was extremely helpful and very friendly. She made our stay excellent. Also when we first arrived the other women receptionist was awsome too. The male was very helpful and Friendly too. Great rooms an clean. Excellent shower.

Vegan sausages could be better quality they was horrible tasting. Need more options for veggies hot food. No mushroom or tomatoes. Rather than vegan sausages if veggie sausages was provided would be better and on display. Had to ask for vegan sausages an they took 30 mins to come an by then we already ate. Thr manager did his best but was out of his control

Staff are the best. Helpful, caring, take an interest in their customers. Sharon is the biggest asset to this new hotel, such a lovely helpful person, there was another 3 fabby members of staff (Reception/Bar staff) who went out of their way to do everything & anything to help us during our stay. Lastly the 2 Duty Managers Andrew & Adham who also were brilliant with resolving our issues. Yes there was a few issues but it is a hotel open on 2nd day when we stayed so problems were likely to happen BUT they met the issues with resolutions straight away. Can't really ask for anymore than this. Brand new hotel so everything is so clean and fresh.

Hotel lobby, restaurant and rooms were very clean and modern. USB chargers on all the sockets in the room. Good lighting in the room and a table and chair to work from. Bed quite firm but comfortable. In restaurant, coffee machines good with takeaway cups available too. Toaster actually worked as it should. Quick and toasted well. Also a pancake making machine too but I didn't use that. Good selection of food. Staff very friendly and helpful

I had an early start and the hot breakfast wasn't out till just after 6:35. Sausages and bacon felt a little "kept warm" though. On Booking I selected for hotels with parking and this doesn't have any yet it was still offered. You can use parkbee, a 5 minute walk away and get a discount from the hotel, or if you are parking between 6pm and 8am then there is some parking meter street parking right outside or down the side road which is free.

Central location and very good breakfast. Almost all staff we encountered were polite and friendly. Very good quality towels. Parking in ParkBee Heathfield Street was only a short walk away and discount rate for guests.

Filtered by parking during search and hotel advertised as having parking which it doesn’t. Only received discount code for nearby multi-story after contacting hotel to enquire about parking. Saturday night almost 3 times the price of our Sunday night stay. Had booked nights separately and communicated with hotel to ensure we wouldn’t have to switch rooms. Our keycard didn’t work the second day as hotel had checked us out.
