The facilities were clean and the staff were friendly. There was an option for luggage storage (though was an extra 200 yen per bag) The room was clean and it is relatively close to everything you could need

You have to take your shoes off before leaving the main area. I'm not of fan of using shoes that don't belong to myself. The kitchen is nice to have, but very tiny and only works for 1 person at a time. We planned our cooking during weird times as to make sure we were able to make our own food. Small things though comparatively

wonderful, friendly staff answered all my questions and helped me with my special health needs. beautiful facilities and dorm. lots of room in the dorm. Nice location near the bus station and next to a fish market. Great duvet and pillow. handy kitchen on the same floor as the dorm for coffee, green tea (good quality) and light cooking.

mattresses were very thin, so it hurt my hip lying on my side. Still could sleep but not very comfortable. locker only big enough for phone and money, not a laptop. no filtered water refill. no chairs in the dorm.

The hostel is 20 minutes walking to Sapporo Station. Many places are within walking distance. There's a subway close too. I booked a single room and had two bunk beds. The room is spacious and has a sink, small table, and a fridge. There are hangers and a luggage storage area in the room. The hostel looks new. Everything is in good condition. Everyone from the reception to the cleaners are friendly and helpful. No shoes are allowed on the bedroom floors. Slippers are provided and you store them with a tag when you go out so that you take the same slippers. There's a box to put slippers when you check-out. There is a laundry (200 yen) and drier (100 yen/30 minutes). You can buy detergent for 100 yen from reception. There is a bar/food next to reception and a bench area to eg write, use your laptop, etc.

The single shower for men and two men's toilets are shared. In practice, I didn't have to wait for either. So, it worked out for me. It doesn't seem right to have a relatively late check-in of 4pm and an early checkout of 10am. They should review this. The kitchen would be good but there are no cooking pots and pans or utensils! New and clean. Near famous wet market and shopping arcade. Quiet neighbourhood. Free use of kitchen, oven, kettle, fridge, induction cook and kitchen utensil. Fast speed wifi. Separate toilet and shower room for woman & man. Lift(elevator) provided. In house slipper provided to access to room. Big common area at ground floor but kitchen on one of the upper floor. I stayed on lower bunk bed. There is big space under the bed for storage but not big hard luggage. Locker provided within the bunk bed

Small space for bunk bed for get in and out. and the location of the table obstructed my sleeping if u are tall like me (6feet)

Nicely located near the market, comfortable, clean, functional. They helped us check in a little early.

We kept bumping into the hanging clothes rack haha. You have to take your shoes on and off to go upstairs and the system with the plastic bags and slippers can be a bit tiresome - but considering the snow, it makes a lot of sense not to wear shoes upstairs!

I stayed at female dorm during the off season. It’s only 2 shower rooms sharing with the entire floor. Overall the facility is clean. The water pressure is good. The internet is great. The mini kitchen provides basic cooking equipment on each floor.

It takes at least 10 minutes walking distance from the subway but still within the city centre area. It’s no locker to lock up your luggages. The room is locked manually by key, but your roommates may not lock up the room when they go out. It’s a bit unsecured.

The room was very spacious as expected outside of Tokyo and Osaka. Bed frame had charging ports and overall just well equipped and good experience

Understandable in all honesty, since sapporo snows and its wet, so having to take your shoes off before going on the lift was tedious.

1.Clean 2.comfortable 3.good location (opposite nijo market) 4.staff was friendly even though their English not really fluent,but they tried their best to communicate with us. 5.Laundry at 1st floor,no need to bring so much of clothes while traveling.(washer 200yen, dryer 100yen, acceptable)

1.Too far for me walk down to 4th floor share kitchen,but the equipment really good and complete. 2.only one desk and chair in the room.

They provide free slippers and first towel and toothbrush set. They do have WiFi in the building. I like the convenience location of the building, the light and bed in the room are good, the toilets are clean. The front door will be locked after 1030pm, and the guests can enter with pass code.

It isn't a good soundproofing building for those who is sensitive to sound when sleeping.
