Love the modern room and all its natural light. the heated bathroom floor was a nice touch! Loved that we could walk from the main train station and also just a 12 min walk to the fairgrounds!

No negative beside the outside noise at night was a little loud but that has nothing to do with the hotel> this is what you get for a center city location!

Great Location - Easy to find and close to main train station

The hotel location is very convenient, it's just 15 min walk from the Munich Hbf and very close to the city center. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Good quality breakfast with a nice selection of foods.

On the day before checkout we asked a receptionist if we could leave our luggage after checkout and pick it up a few hours later, which he confirmed being no problem at all. On the next day however when we were checking out and asked to leave our bag as the hotel, the another receptionist was hesitant if he could accept it or not, so I had to kind of insist that it was already agreed the day before. At the same time there was a couple of suitcases behind the desk already, so I'm not sure why we had to ask twice about ours.

The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and always smiling and willing to help. Very big thank you to the front desk staff who were very helpful! The hotel is located about 5 minutes from the central train station which was ideal for what we needed and around 10 minutes into Munich centre. Breakfast was good (some days there was a little less variety than others but perhaps because we arrived at a busier time on this day) - we appreciated the cereal bars and yogurt drinks which we could take away with us and the “to-go” coffee cups were also ideal! Rooms were clean and ready for our lunch time arrival - thank you!

We didn’t seem to get milk in our room with the coffee; not a problem for us as we can drink it black but some people may prefer having this milky in the morning. Rooms were on the small side; we did need to manoeuvre around doors (and each other) sometimes but I do think this was obvious from the photos so not a complaint there.

The hotel was good and comfortable. Marienplatz is a maximum 10-minute walking distance away. Markets and kiosks are easily found around the hotel. The staff was very friendly. And also the hotel was clean.

The isolation of the windows wasn't enough to sleep in the night. The hotel is located on a crowded street, and the nights are busy there. We couldn't sleep because of the noise of people from outside. We were there during Oktoberfest time; I don't know the crowd and the noise because of the festival. However, there were noisy neighborhoods. We stayed there 3 nights and literally couldn't sleep all 3 nights. I wouldn't stay there for the next time.

The breakfast was good, a typical buffet. The breakfast room is not big but there was enough tables to choose. The hotel location: best is the vicinity to the main railway station and other public transfer, and wide selection of restaurants near-by. But like in all metropolis, proximity to the railway station means also a troubled environment and some noise from the street all the night (but not badly disturbing). All the staff members very very polite and helpful.

Actual physical location was good, it was a short walk from Munich Hbf and to the old town and surrounds. And overall, the hotel stay was great for the money. Rooms were tidy and bathrooms were modern and clean. Breakfast was good too.

Not the hotel's fault but the district may attract unpleasant characters but irrespective I felt safe. Munich streets being littered all over the place didn't help, but again not the hotel's fault. Other thing was that the bed was not comfortable for me - I guess I have a picky back.

Firstly the location of the hotel was superb close to the main train station and and an easy walk to the old town. Once I had located it it appeared very small and disapoointing however once you go to the elevator at the back you go into a big warrren of rooms. The rooms are stylishy decorated have Wifi through the TV and unusually for Germany they have Coffee in the room. The room and bathroom was well equiped and it was very comfortable. If you dont want room service every day you were offered a free beer whats not to like!

Its not the easiest place to find, but it was worth looking, the taxi couldnt find it because it was not obvious from the roadbut then it might have been a bad taxi! My only complaint was that I was not there long emough. the location though close to the old city would not be everyones choice there are strip clubs and and a few interesting shops in the vincinity but it felt very safe.

Our room was good, but very dark at night. There is a restaurant through the lobby, that was small but offered nice night life vibe with younger guests. Coffee shops within walking distance as well as a good bakery/cafe open early.

The attic room for the rest of our family was dark, the door lock was broken and the shower flooded onto the floor. When we went to check out we let the staff know about the issues. Unfortunately, when we went to check out, it took more than 20 mins for someone to show up at the front desk to assist us. The staff could do better in my opinion.

Staff were really excellent from front desk to breakfast to cleaners, everyone was really friendly and helpful and went out of the way to assist. Rooms were nice, spacious, and clean. Breakfast was very tasty, fresh, and had lots of different options. It is very close to a lot of transport links (2-3 minute walk to metro and trams). Nice coffee available in room. Shower got hot instantly. Was a bit cold on first night but all other nights the temperature was great, very warm. There was a slight confusion in the rooms when I checked in so I actually got an upgrade to a nicer room, they fixed the problem immediately.

Duvets could be nicer, it was two single duvet on a king bed and they could have been nicer quality. To be fair though, I did not ask for a bigger one, so not sure if that was an option.
