the breakfast was really nice. a selection of fresh fruit, cheeses, hams, nuts and juices. In the room when you first enter, you'll find a little bag of haribo teddies.on the bed, and a tiny bar of Milka by the tea cups. a really nice thought! there's a mini fridge, wine glasses and in the bathroom a pack of tissues which was also nice. nice shower . the location is great!!

the pillows are not very comfy at all. the room is kinda small, the cleaners talk so loudly outside sometimes so it's hard to sleep. the staff aren't very happy or friendly, just mostly quiet. One lady on reception wasn't happy when I brought the iron back because apparently it was supposed to go to a different place but I didn't know. There is only one tiny lift and it takes a long time and only fits 2-3 people comfortably.

Really close to centre. Friendly, efficient, clean and great value for the price. I was travelling with my son for a couple of days to experience Munich. The hotel gave us everything we needed. The room wasn't particularly large but, hey, what do you need when you're out most of the day. Started with a good continental breakfast and finished with a comfortable, very clean room. Bathroom was modern and incredibly clean. A hotel which looks after it's guests. Some might not like the small lift but this is pretty common in many smaller hotels but something future guests might need to be aware of but not a problem for us even though we were on the 6th floor. The location is safe and reasonably quiet. Dont be put off by the strip club next door as this was not a problem. The hotel was also brilliant in responding to and facilitating any requests I had. In short, if I was to stay in Munich again it would be at this hotel.

The hotel itself was quite acceptable especially for one night stay. Breakfast was included but I did not have it just because I prefer to get up later, so cannot assess. The personnel was nice and helpful, the room small but clean and with everything necessary even a small refrigerator was available and a bottle opener. The location was good in terms of proximity to the central rail station and U-bahn (metro).

Construction site all around, the location crowded with migrants and suspicious looking people, a strip bar or something like this was just next door from the hotel, dirty pavement, not easy to go with a suit case.

Breakfast was great. Rooms was clean and comfy. Location was also perfect for us.

The train was just treble. First it was not in used from the airport,( had trouble finding the bus after picking up luggage 1hr)had to take a bus. Once we found the free bus had trouble buying a ticket from the kiosk for the train because 10 couples in line, none new how to operate the ticket machine 45 minute it took standing in line. From train to Hotel 15 minute. Total time from Airport to Hotel 3 hrs. In total. Walking in all 1 hour. All so the train sold me a ticket to Zugspitze and up the mountain by🚡that did not exist for weeks, now I have to get a refund from BH. THANK GOD WE GOT A RIDE TO THE AIRPORT. PS had 4 minutes to get on the train from Hanover to Herford we both are 80years of age, we were push on to the train by passengers. Maid it.

Great budget hotel for exploring the city , it was clean and comfy and a good breakfast .

The triple room was a little snug but we only slept there as we were out all days . Only thing I could say wasn’t great is that even though the location is great for the main railway station and only a few minutes walk, the hotel is situated in the Turkish/Afghan quarters and it was a little rough on a night and a lap dance club as a neighbour.

The location is a bit scary, especially for families as the hotel is situated in the red area of Munich and many shady things are going around. It's super spacious and affordable.

Breakfast was great! A good variety and plenty of food. Rooms were small, my single exceedingly small! But clean, great location, many restaurants in the area. However, next door was a stripper joint and the street noise in the rooms in that area was excessive! Our three rooms were loated on floors 1, 2, and 5 so no not close together. Locaton is very easy walk to old towne, markets, etc.

The hotel was clean, had an excellent breakfast, and the location was good (very close to Munich Central Station).The staff is super friendly!!

There is no a/c and the information was not given during booking. The first night we kept the windows open but couldn't sleep due to the noise outside. The hotel has soundproof windows but if you want to cool the room you have to open the windows and noise won't let you sleep. The second night we were given a ventilator and had a better sleep. Again, the staff was so nice and apologized. It is located in a red light area but we walked at night and never felt in danger.

Room, staff, cleanliness and location to city centre was brilliant. Ideal value for money Hotel which allowed you to get in and around the city very easily.

The lap dancing bar next door had music blasting all through the night and you could hear it from our room. This wasn’t a massive issue to us but I could imagine many people complaining about it. It did make falling back to sleep difficult if you woke in the night.
