Spacious, clean and comfortable room a short walk from the old town. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was nice (bathroom a tad dated which gives the illusion of it being a bit dirty, but still fine).

I can see how it could be a bit loud at times if you have a room on the front, however that wasn't an issue for my room. The area was ok but a street or two further out (heading away from old town) did feel intimidating at times. As two male friends it wasn't too bad, wouldn't walk down some of them streets alone after dark personally but I'd imagine plenty do with no problems. The street itself felt safe and heading towards the old town the same.

Location is very good. Close to the center and just few minutes walking distance to the train station. Bakery is just 1 minute away for a good breakfast. The room was comfortable, clean and warm. Windows sound-proof. Comfy beds.

Sometimes it was hard to find a receptionist. Once found, staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel is a little bit tired, but the price is accurate to a standard and location. We would come back to the same place.

Renovated room #23. Lift access. Noisy with window open as a busy area, but quiet double glazed when shut. Good blackout curtains. Great location for an early morning train from Munich Hbf just 6-7 minute walk. Clean room friendly staff. Facilitated an early check-in. Central location so easy access to Munich public transport & plenty of restaurants, supermarkets etc.

An older style hotel no A/C so if it had been hotter (only 23 when we stayed) then open windows would have been noisy. Beds were a bit soft for us, but that's a personal preference. No fridge, but not unusual older style German hotels.

the hotel was very close to the city center and the central train station. the communication with the staff was alright. we stayed in Munich for less than 24h, so there was not much room for error.

the only thing was the amount mice in the street at night, we were returning to the hotel around 12am and there were mice running everywhere. i did not see any at the hotel only in the street.

Very spacious room. Comfortable and quiet. Good heater that I could set as needed. Windows open. Fun view of Courtyard of Deutsches Theater. Good location to Grocery store, Restaurants , Train station and Marienplatz.

Location was perfect for us who were catching an early train in the morning. The room was very clean and roomy, especially given the price. Very easy check in after hours (we arrived at 11.30pm).

There was no fan so it was quite hot, but not unbearable

Even though they transferred us in their sister hotel, Cocoon Hotel we liked it so much because its very convenient to tourist spots like the Marienplatz, HB house, very walkable to train station and of course to shopping area😍

The location of the hotel is perfect, the old city center is at 10 minutes walk and train station, tram and busses are very close. The hotel is very confortable and clean. The staff is really nice and was very reactive to anwer to my emails and questions. I recommend this hotel to visit Munich.

The most important thing in the hotel is cleanliness. In this regard, the hotel was pleased! Very hospitable and kind reception of the staff! Thank you very much! The proximity to the railway station is also convenient

They had loads of apples for us at the reception

On the first night I to physically unblock the sink. On the 2nd night I couldn’t find the hotel and my best mate launched an apple at me.
