Excellent reception and Restaurant Service. The rooms are clean and very well decorated - It feels so serene. I loved the souvenir shop they had and the articles in there. The prices are also great!

The cleaning lady came to know on the door to tell me it's time for her to clean my room. That was uncomfortable because she knew I was still in the room. Also the walk from the parking area to the reception with luggage back , walking past other guests was not a nice experience.

The staff at the hotel give phenomenal service. At the restaurant they accommodate your special meal needs and serve with a smile. Reception was great on arrival and check out and the room I stayed in was exceptionally clean and well equipped with a stunning bush view.

The cleaning staff could just bee a bit less on the cleaning impact noise when they go about their work in the morning before 9 maybe? I also wish the parking area could be a little discreet from the restaurant view - walking up to reception with luggage past the restaurant is a bit of a damper.

Everything, frankly the staff is great, the food is REALLY good. Breakfast is in the form of a menu and you can very well choose what you wanted. The waiters are really great.

Regarding the service, we had waited really long to receive our dishes, it’s a comment that came back often but it’s true, only we forgive them because it’s really good. Regarding breakfast there was not much sweet, no pancakes for example and the juices were not fresh, we would have preferred oranges squeezed in the morning rather than industrial juices.

The room was very clean and spacious. The food was wonderful with very friendly attendants all round from house keeping to the restaurant waiters and waitresses. Not forgetting the Chefs 👌🏾.

Raw Salmon messed up my second dinner meal but I recovered very quickly the same night after my wife grinded some charcoal for me..

The receptionist was very welcoming and made us feel at home right away. Our luggage was taken to our room. The room is very well appointed and very comfortable. The food very good. The safety at the premisses is wonderful.

It is impossible to even make a suggestion as everything we experienced went very well. Just maybe a small point. There is no railing at the first part of the stairs leading to the rooms on the first floor. People will a slight mobility problem may find this a minor point.

We stayed in one of the suites, and loved everything about this hotel. The staff were wonderful, the food was very good, the room was large and well-appointed, and we were right next to the park. We travel a lot, and this is one of our favorite hotels of all time. Greatly enjoyed it.

Rooms are beautifully decorated and very spacious Food at the restaurant was great, including the breakfast Reception staff were very helpful and facilitated our request to keep some our food (for our Kruger Park trip) in their fridges and freezers

Wished the restaurant staff were a little more organised. We had to request a waiter to take drinks orders a few times when we and our group of friends were at the pool area in the afternoon. The wine & gin selection is very limiting and not of great quality, especially with such amazing wine & gin produced in South Africa.

Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant was clean and tidy. The waiters were attentive and on the ball. Our room was lovely and spacious, although we were there during one of the hottest times, it didn't feel like our aircon was working. We will definitely stay on the opposite side of the hotel and ask for a room at the bottom.

I sat in the lounge area and there were so many mosquitoes hiding in the corners. It would be a recommendation to either have some mosquito spray available or the anti-mozzie plugs to prevent being bitten.

This is a lovely hotel , the rooms are enormous , the staff were super friendly , breakfast was great with a huge choice and the restaurant at dinner was great. The location from the Kruger gate was so close, literally 1 minute down the road ... with what I now know I would have preferred to return here each night than stay in the perk itself which is more expensive and yet less comfortable

There was nothing I didn't like about the place , the trip was in winter so I didnt use the pool but it was open and looked great ... for tourists going to the Kruger Park this really is a great base camp to stay at and then just drive into the park each morning

attitude for the Manager in Restaurant its not acceptable ,more for Blacks as i noticed its a Women

The way she answered as i indicated that i had booked a table, and she said no bookings for me, at the same time Whites we're coming in.I had bookings ,she got it later, but the treatment was unprofessional
