The front office and bell boys are very friendly and 24 hours service. It was clean. Free drinking water (they provided a dispenser outside the room). 10% discount for the restaurant downstairs and a very nice spa in front of the hotel. The massage was very good and of good value, that I went there every day for several treatments. Love it! There is also an express laundry store nearby. You can get you clothes washed, dried, and folded in 2 hours! And it is in walking distance to the beach and legian street. There is also very beautiful restaurant Crumb & Coster (hopefully I remember the name right) nearby. Other cafes/bars, ATMs and convenience stores are nearby

They didn't provide slippers and other toiletries than shower gel and shampoo, but they provided towel. So you might need to prepare your own toothbrush and slippers

We loved how helpful and accommodating all of the staff were! Especially with our 8 month old son he absolutely adored them as they were so good with him. The location was great being so close to everything and the rooms were the perfect size. We also loved the sustainability efforts they make at the property!

Access by car was difficult with the one way roads but they had let us know beforehand that it could be an issue with some taxi drivers and assured us it was accessible for cars which it was! Just takes a bit of patience.

It's a really nice place, well located, walking distance to the beach. There is a restaurant with nice food and you get a 10% discount, as well as in the spa right across the street. Breakfast was tasty. Rooms are quite small, but the beds are comfy and the bathroom is good. A modern flat screen TV if you wanna stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube etc. In front of the room you have a small sitting area with privacy. The staff is nice and welcoming. Would stay again.

It can get loud in the night since it's located where it is. But that is nothing they can affect and it's everywhere the same. And there is no closet where you could store your clothes, since the room is quite small. There is one in the bathroom though, kinda. But that didn't bother me personally. Just to mention.

What an amazing find! The location of the hotel is 10-15 mins from Kuta beach with lots of shops nearby. The staff were so helpful and friendly and readily available. The room was spotless with daily housekeeping. Air conditioning worked well and internet connection was great - we were able to do video calls without any problems. The room even has a Smart TV with Netflix/YouTube/Prime TV for those rainy monsoon afternoons. Very comfortable bed with chargers at the bedside, and the sound proofing was very good. We couldn’t hear the neighbours. Cannot fault it!

If you're staying around Kuta, this is the best place to stay. It is not just a hotel but gave more pleasant ambiance than the hotel especially their staff. They are all acommodating. Will greet you with the smile on their faces. Plus they have a restaurant giving you a good discount for your belly needs and a massage parlor right across the street. Kudos to the Seahouse house staff! Keep up the good work and keep spreading good attitude to everyone. My partner and I were so happy that we stayed for our first out of the country trip.

Small but clean room, comfortable mattress and a good in-house restaurant. Staff services were excellent!

Not the hotel’s fault but the alleys, pavement in the vicinity are generally in poor conditions - uneven, creaking and blocked drains in many spots. During inclement weather, be prepared to get dirty feet, soiled footwear and dirty water splatters from passing vehicles. Lastly, room rates were rather pricey relative to comparable choices nearby; free breakfast could have been included in the rates.

Amazing staff who were so helpful, they accommodated all of my concerns and even helped me with contacting one of my Grab drivers. Room was super clean and facilities were great for the value of the booking. The place was cozy and a bit retro, but everything was well-maintained. They also had free drinking water available plus heating in the shower. I also ended having to extend an extra night, it was an easy transaction to make thanks to the incredible front desk.

I got the corner room closest to the street on the 2nd floor, and while I had access to a lot of outdoor seating, I had some trouble sleeping my first night. The motorcycles could be easily heard and there was drunk man crashing at the restaurant downstairs, so it was quite noisy all night.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, e.g. let us checkout late. We rented a motorbike via this hotel for much better price than in the rentals around (80k/day). The room was perfectly clean, nicely decorated, AC working properly, the most comfortable bed with proper blanket after 1month traveling in Indonesia. Western style bathroom, meaning separated shower (also a rare occurrence). A hairdryer, fridge, electric kettle, free tea and instant coffee in the room, water tank for free refills in the hall. Incredible value for money.

I like the design of the room because it doesn’t feels like the average hotel room. Everything is clean and comfortable. The floor feels funny like a bit oily but it’s actually clean, maybe is the product they use I’m not sure. They also provide the international socket so you don’t have to worry about to buy a new one. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi is fast. And the have a smart tv in the room too. 10% off at the hotel restaurant and massage if you show them your room key

they provide 2 glass bottles to fill up drinking water with the machine outside. Just the bottle cap looks a bit dirty for me. The road is quite narrow for car to go in.

Having arrived even later than expected, I received a very warm welcome n shown to my room, even carrying my case all the way up to the penthouse, as I'd received a free upgrade. It was beautiful, so clean n tidy, shower was easy to work n had good pressure, air con was good, there was a water cooler right outside my room. Loved the cat sleeping on the balcony. All the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful.and attentave. Returned after my course, before going home n the standard rooms were absolutely amazing value for money too. The level of cleanliness was excellent, n I loved the fact you could actually hang your swimwear outside your room to dry with clothes pegs supplied. Allowed me to leave my case after checkout for a few hours as my flight wasn't until later. Even met the owners who were very friendly n down to earth with a great sense of humour. Highly recommend this hotel.

The outside wasn't as bright as it appeared on booking.com. Not that this affected my stay at all.
