Didn’t like noises from next door….. very loud showering! No bottled water in room On ground level so ….. Felt vulnerable if opened window for fresh air, there was no small window high up to open

Ideal location to the NAEC Stoneleigh. Room was comfortable and clean, fridge with fresh water, milk, kettle for tea and coffee. Powerful hot shower, room was lovely and warm all night. Breakfast came with the room or free of booked direct

Nothing about the room I didn’t like, a few things were looking old, paintwork on doors, shower hose and head leaking but nothing to stop you enjoying your stay. Could have done with a hand towel, which I’m sure I would have got if asked. Not the properties fault but when I booked 2 rooms with booking.com I only got free breakfast on one room and had to pay another £20. If I had booked direct I would have got it free.

Well decorated. Superb breakfast.

Very quiet location, our room was really comfortable and spacious with lovely decorative touches and excellent facilities provided. Loved that we were given a small bottle of fresh milk for the fridge in our room for tea/coffee rather than the usual little pods of UHT milk. The pub did great food for the evenings and a good breakfast and the staff were all really welcoming, friendly and attentive.

Very noisy extractor fan in the bathroom that couldn't be isolated so came on whenever the bathroom light was switched on. This wouldn't be an issue if on your own, but when sharing the room it was quite loud for middle of the night loo trips. No heating or heated towel rack in the bathroom so it was pretty cold, especially the floor. Could possibly provide an extra socket for the kettle; we unplugged the fridge to plug the kettle in and forgot to plug the fridge back in and we were out all day at an exhibition.

This is a wonderfully peaceful place to stay in very quiet little hamlet. The restaurant/pub at the front is an original building a lovely modernised interior. When we arrived we loved having a drink and a meal out on the sunny decking at the front. The rooms are purposed built at the rear, with car parking available at your door and no steps to manage. My friend and I had a twin room and the beds were purpose built single beds, not a king bed separated. The interior of the room. was wonderfully comfortable and well appointed. We walked to the church at the end of the road and then sat in the small park opposite the accommodation. We weren't able to have breakfast as there had been a family emergency, but if it was anything like dinner it would have been lovely too. Highly recommend for weary travellers.

The owner was pretty rushed on our arrival- everything was ready, but I think we had arrived just before the dinner rush and he might have been understaffed. It didn't cause I problem, I just felt sorry for him!

The pub was very modern and cozy, really nice decor and the food was great. Staff were very friendly. The rooms are next to the pub and you have your own external door so you don't have to come in and out of the pub to get into your room. The room was really nicely decorated with a lovely bathroom attached. Really good sized rooms and the beds were very comfy. It's only a 15 minute drive from the university of Warwick, so would be really handy for parents visiting students who don't want to stay in a city

There wasn't a good place to plug the kettle in, as the two sockets near the surface were occupied by the TV/WiFi and the fridge, so I ended up plugging it in near the bed. Not a problem, just not ideal. The toilet bowl was also cracked but didn't harm the functionality, just the look :) otherwise no other improvements, really nice room, good size and staff were great!

I stayed for 2 nights…The room was a lovely king size 4 poster bed, with a lovely shower and bath room, private entrance..Tea and coffee facilities, with everything you needed, even your own little fridge…Bed was comfortable and room was decorated lovely…Large screen tv, brilliant as could stream any app onto it to watch what I wanted to watch. The staff were all lovely and accommodating, atmosphere in the pub was also lovely too. Food was amazing, well cooked, great fresh ingredients.. I had the mixed grill..Gammon steak was of good butchers quality, chicken and sirloin steak cooked to perfection, chunky chips, delicious sausages, onion rings…Let’s just say my plate was loaded and for the price, well what can I say, there was so much I was pretty stuffed, as I was still pretty full, I could only eat a sausage sandwich for breakfast in the morning hehe A++ from me and would definitely stay again 😄

Friendly and helpful staff. I had a delicious sea bass evening meal which was exceptional value and the bar had a great atmosphere. Plenty of parking.

Room was a little cold, but not cold enough to ask for a heater and it was fine when I got into bed. Rooms are nice but could do with a little TLC. WI-FI in room dropped out about 9pm and didn't come back on and neither my personal or work phone had decent signal.

The room was spacious, was more luxurious than I had expected and was stylish and homely at the same time. The shower worked well and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed having a pint in the bar although I arrived too late for food. Slept really well. The dog was happy too! The breakfast choices were plenty, with cereals, yoghurt and juice, as well as a cooked breakfast. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast was hearty but I’d have liked the bacon to be smoked and if I remember rightly I think I had to request toast as the breakfast came without (forgive me if I’m wrong, I stayed a few places that week!). The mirror was too high for me to use in the bathroom but I am quite short at 5’2”. No other suggestions and they are definitely not complaints, just preferences.

I was late checking in due to issues on the motorway and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. They gave me a lovely welcome and even offered to sort out some supper as I'd missed dinner. A wonder welcome. The room itself was beautifully designed - way more than I was expecting for the money.

The only VERY minor gripes were a slightly odd smell in the bathroom (room 2) and a chair that wasn't really very comfortably for working at the desk. However. These were minor concerns in an otherwise perfect stay.
