As soon as we walked in the place was absolutely breathtaking! We were greeted with smiles and given tea (I'm not a tea drinker but it was so good!!!) Everyone was super friendly and the night life and food was superb! Our bartenders Ahmed and Azdine were the BEST! They knew our preferred drinks after the 1st day so we never asked for drinks, as soon as they saw us, they poured us up and just kept giving us shots. We were LIT! We also had a professional photographer at the resort, Noureddine. He took candids pictures of us we didn't even know of along with the MANY photo sessions we had. The last night of our stay we saw all the pictures and chose the ones we liked most. I felt like a celebrity and looked so beautiful! This was a surprise birthday trip and they collectively made it the best experience ever!

My ONLY complaint would be that the heated pool wasn't heated during our stay.

Everything was amazing. Staff very polite and friendly. Marwa was the best in supporting us in everything we needed. The all inclusive was exceptional with a lot of variety. Room was spacious and very clean. You could find always someone cleaning to make sure everything is perfect. This hotel deserves more than 5* absolutely stunning. We went to the spa to use steam and to do two massages and we loved it. Thank you Be Live Collection team for making our stay magnificent.

We really enjoyed every meal we had here, the quality and range of food available was exceptional! All the staff were friendly and helpful and we're generous with refills and top ups. The pools were lovely and there was plenty of sun loungers for every one. The activities and shuttle bus to the city were a really nice extra, and the desk for arranging excursions made having an exciting trip much more straightforward. Highly recommend!

-A small note that milk wasn't topped up when they serviced the roof, and often it took a while for them to bring us more when we asked for it. -Also we booked a couple of taxis through the front desk during our stay, including to the airport for our flight home, and these were both quite a bit later than the time we had ordered them for! - Something that we enjoyed but is worth other travellers knowing is that there are a lot of cats roaming freely at this hotel - we found it adorable but if you are allergic to cats or quite scared of them, this would be a lot to cope with.

Fabulous little complex with stunning green gardens and a very authentic Moroccan feel. Food was lovely, drinks were lovely, staff were very helpful and smiley, entertainment was great fun. Wish I could have stayed longer than 3 nights.

The pools were freezing. I also noticed that all the doors whether on the ground floor or 2nd floor were warped and rotting, like they had bad flooding at some point. It was the only part of the hotel that needed some maintenance, also the beautiful fountains everywhere were not filled and most were not switched on.

The staff were fantastic, everyone was friendly and enthusiastic to help you in any way they could. The grounds of the hotel and the facilities were lovely, everything was clean and well kept. The all inclusive drinks were nice although depending on what bartender some days there was discrepancies on how cocktails such as pina coladas were made. Our room was upgraded for our stay which we very much appreciated and there was always someone on concierge to help recommend day trips or organise shuttle buses into the town centre. We were pleasantly surprised at the consistent quality of the WiFi around the property! Considering the affordable price point of this hotel, we thought it was great value for money and would recommend it!

The food was the only thing that could have been improved (by no means was it bad, just room for improvement). There was a great Moroccan restaurant inside the hotel that you could dine at for an additional cost where the food was amazing, it would have been nice to have a similar level of quality at the buffet and pool bar.

we love everything in this property! the hotel is manned and gated. as soon as we entered, we were warmly greeted by their staff who immediately made us feel comfortable as he showed us in one of their comfy seats and took our luggages to one side while we wait for the reception staff to be free. they have a dedicated staff who serves their famous mint tea with some sweet pastries. all of their staff from the reception, the restaurant, snack bar, lobby bar, housekeeping, and even the guy in the souvenir shop are so polite and friendly! the hotel is so beautiful, everywhere you go is clean and smells fresh, and the room is huge - it has so much space for two people!

From arrival at the Resort ,everything was perfect..The staff were so helpful and friendly......the suite which we upgraded to on arrival was absolutely luxurious...the food was delicious,large variety at Breakfast,lunch and Dinner and also a pool bar for snacks..beautiful girl worked in there didnt get her name,but was so efficient.....The desserts were the nicest ive ever tasted,...Pool areas had lovely beds ,we prefered the quiet pool but the main pool ( which was heated,but not so warm) had music and entertainment going on.... Lobby bar done lovely coffees along with drinks cocktails... and had nightly entertainment.... Free Shuttle bus runs 5 times daily into the city,and back which saves £12 each way in taxi.... you have to go into the city as it is very isolated....but if like us its a relaxing break your after there's no need to leave.....gorgeous it was!!!!...

Very clean, gardens were well tended and the style of the hotel was well thought out. Spa beautiful, but treatments, organisation and customer service made me feel that I was on a conveyor-belt. Plenty of choices of food at the buffet. Staff very friendly and helpful. It was out of the city so although we didn't use the free shuttle to the city centre it was a great idea. Omar at the pool bar was generally on his own and worked very hard, always with a smile.

The quality of drinks let it down it t would have been nice to have international brands for spirits, proper fruit juice at breakfast rather than what seemed like squash. Cocktails were very sweet. Beer and wine ok. I asked for a quiet room and although it was beautiful and everything was close by, it was opposite the show area! Fortunately the shows were good and we had fun watching them. Be prepared for lots of groups (mainly golfers) coming and going at the hotel. Great location for them, and didn't bother us but be aware that it is a popular venue.

Couldnt fault anything. Staff very friendly, remebered us from previous years including our drinks order! Nothing was too much trouble.

Requ we were informed that there q ested a double room, on arrival we were shown to a twin room. When queried we were told that there were no guarantees even if we had emailed or phoned the hotel. This was our third visit to the same hotel and has not happened before. Previous tqo visits were British Airways holidays so maybe this is just an issue with Booking.com
