Our time at The Pool Villa was absolutely fantastic! It's a unique spot where you get your very own private pool, BBQ garden, and the entire villa just for you and your group. The staff was incredibly responsive, providing us with a list of local attractions to explore and even arranging food delivery for us. Having breakfast served in the villa, especially out in the open air, was a delightful experience. We highly recommend The Pool Villa, especially for families and groups looking for a private getaway. Thanks to Ahmed Al-Kindi and Nasser, who were very friendly and ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay. Hats off to the Pool Villa Team for their brilliant concept and execution. We'll definitely be returning for another wonderful stay!

The place is clean and tidy The garden is nice and well maintained. The weather was perfect when we stayed in December, so we had a nice BBQ lunch after swimming.

The location is a bit far from the city center. There was a lot of Chlorine in the pool water. We needed an extra bed, and thought it was included in the booked rooms, but found out that the third room is actually outside the villa, so we couldn't let our child sleep there, but they brought an extra bed free of charge.

Clean and neat Appartement a little outside of busy area. Everything, even BBQ available. Super friendly and fast service!

Knifes are horrible :-) Bbq could use an update. Also 2 big bowls for salads etc would be great instead of just 1 medium sized.

The place itself is very nice, we had kind of a private heated pool (it is supposed to be shared with another one neighbour, but we were lucky and never saw them). The room is very spacious and we were provided with a lot of amenities. The guy on the reception was extremely nice.

We didn't get room cleaning during our two nights stay (as I understood from booking we were supposed to get daily room services), so either it was a mistake on booking or in the hotel. Anyway, it wasn't an issue for us, so we didn't complain.

When we arrived we were offered coffee, water, and dates while the paperwork was done for check in. The villa we were assigned was amazing. It was huge and had its own private pool. The outside space was very roomy as well. The bedroom was huge and very well presented. The bed was so comfortable, as were the pillows. Breakfast was provided in the morning.

If you were staying for a few days or more, and wanted to prepare your own meals, perhaps a microwave or toaster oven would come in handy. There is a one burner stove in the unit.

having your own villa was lovely. the beds were super comfortable. we had the best sleep of our whole vacation. the staff were very attentive and loved the extra touches of coming to smoke apart the courtyards at night to ensure no bugs - we didn’t see any nor did we have any issues our entire stay. the Turkish restaurant the hotel recommends is wonderful - great value and great tasting food!!

the weather was getting warm so the pool was too hot to enjoy. more like a bath than a refreshing swim. the location is quite remote but a great place to stay if you want to break up the drive from Muscat to Dubai and go inland. we’d recommend bringing supplies if you’re staying more than a night I.e. bring your own food and drink.

The villa was clean and quiet since it was located away from the main road. The silence was absolute, the best place to rest and connect with the surroundings.

The mattresses were very soft and not good for my back, and they maybe need to be replaced. Also, a hair dryer could have come handy since temperatures drop in the evening.

My stay at The Pool Villa was truly delightful. The staff were incredibly welcoming and responsive, promptly catering to our requests. The highlight was the heated swimming pool, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Nothing, everything was perfect

One of the best private pool villa, I have ever stayed in Oman. The villa is classy and big with facilities for kids, barbeque, outdoor seating area small garden and most importantly temperature controlled pool. The rooms and facilities with even a TV which is connected to youtube and Netflix they have taken care of almost all the hassles which a family with 2 kids can face and kitchen has almost everything which you would need to survive away from your home,

Well the mattresses on the bed probably need to be looked upon since they are Iike getting too spongy so certain kind of people like us who don't like getting sleeping on a slouchy bed might find it a little uncomfortable and yes the breakfast especially the continental one needs to be a little more creative

Honestly, we travel a lot and rate this accommodation to the very best we've ever had! Comfortable, staff were helpful and nice, breakfast soo good (even great coffee!) and as a bonus we had Valentine's cake! A private pool, kitchen corner, comfortable bedroom and anything you might need in the nearby city.
