Greeted by friendly staff who were beyond helpful. Arrived slightly before our check in time which was not a problem and we were let into room early. This was so helpful as we had travelled a distance so getting our stuff in room was so much better than killing some time. Parking was much easier than expected and we could leave our car even after check in to explore the town till we left. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt so welcome. It felt like we were coming home.

Property was modern and clean. Staff were very friendly. Short walk to the sea front, short walk to the centre. Staff were helpful. Parking outside on the road (ask in reception for details) or there is a car park round the back of the property £6 for 24 hours. Would definitely recommend staying here! We went to watch a concert at the Open Air Theatre and it was a 40 minute walk, the walk did not feel that long and we were lucky as we had nice weather. Would definitely stay here again!

The bed was slightly uncomfortable but nothing I would complain about. Everything about this property is great and I would definitely stay here again.

The fact we had a family room for the four of us. The room was very spacious. Lots of towels. Lovely seating area and TV. We were made very welcome and staff really friendly. Benefit of on street parking outside.

Unfortunately the previous guests had broken the shower room light, toilet door did not shut, no hairdryer and not enough mugs for room capacity. However we had a great time and slept really well.

We have just come back from a one night stay here. We had such a chilled weekend the room our nice and cosy and the bath I didn't want to get out. It was just the break me and my partner need before our wedding. Ann-Marie was so lovely and welcoming. We will definitely be back and we would recommend. It not to far from the main centre. Location was great for the open air thearte about 30 min walk, the front was about 10 min walk and the centre 10 min walk. Owners where nice and friendly and sorted us with parking and was helpful with everything we needed. Was very clean and rooms where modern.

Mattress was quite uncomfortable, and sounded like springs had gone a bit when turning over.

The room was Hugh plenty be enough for 4 people, with sofa to relax and watch TV. The hotel was in a good location to the town, and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

The shower may have been hard to access if unsteady on feet. The hotel didn't do breakfast, but there was a lovely cafe 2mins walk away which did a fantastic breakfast

I thought the room was a good double with a modern en-suite. It was clean with fresh bed sheets. A chair, desk, tea/coffee facilities and tv. The carpets looked quite new.

Nothing really apart from noisy people in room above. And towels were not in room on arrival but was sat on my bed when I returned with shower gel.

Friendly staff and easy check in, parking available on street nearby for reasonable rate, easy walk to both Scarborough Spa and the town centre. The room was spacious and clean with comfy beds, great value overall. Decent cafe's nearby too

Excellent for a one night stop over. Dan on reception was very helpful and polite. Couldn't fault the room. Very clean with plenty of towels and pillows. Ample tea and coffee in the room too. Handy for the local Sainsbury's express for your room picnic!

Outside of the hotel needs a good lick of paint.
