We were pleased with the size of the room and the private jacuzzi tub. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food options, with a rotating specialty item each day. The hotel was located a short 15 minute walk from Santa Ponsa beach and local shops and restaurants.

We were surprised to learn that reservations were required for breakfast each day, on our first day the only available time was 7:30AM. We were disappointed by the size of the gym facilities (4-5 people max) and the out-of-order equipment. The exclusive star prestige pools and lounge areas were extremely crowded and sun beds not always available.

This is an adults only and suites only hotel both of which are big pluses. The location on a beautiful bay is exceptional. All rooms have sea view. We liked the reception area with low level discreet desks for checking in and the free drink on arrival. That was very relaxing. The staff are exceptional and make this hotel really pleasant for the traveller - friendly and approachable but not too friendly. It is less than half an hour’s drive from the airport. There are local shops and restaurants a short walk away.

Knowing Iberostar hotels to be of a high standard , we chose this Adult Only to totally relax. The view is wonderful and so peaceful. The food at each sitting was wonderful. A great choice of food and always so fresh and tasty.

Given that the atmosphere is so relaxing it would have been good to hear background relaxing music in the restaurant. It felt a little sterile to have nothing to listen to. It's a pity that there is no shop selling locally made gifts.

Set on rocks just above the high water line. Far enough away from the noise of Santa Ponca to be totally relaxing. Suite had huge deck with private jacuzzi, cabana and outdoor shower. Staff and breakfast were amazing. Pool ladder out of the ocean for anytime ocean free diving or swimming. Spa services were very good. Clean hotel and fantastic views across the bay. Will definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous property! Typical great place for an iberostar! Love the location and the beautiful bay and view. Rooms were slightly dated but very clean and very comfortable. Staff was wonderful! Juanlo our pool water was great! Always smiling and bringing us great drinks. Delicious breakfast buffet. We didn’t do the full all inclusive bc we wanted to enjoy town in the evening. We did inquire about eating dinner at the buffet and it was 55 euros per person so essentially $60. That seemed steep to us so passed. But our stay was great! We loved it and hated to leave.

cozy and special room, polite and helpful staffs, great facilities, perfect sea view with easy access to the sea directly, decent restaurant with excellent breakfast, plenty of activities to join… everything!

Location is very nice. A short walk from Santa Ponsa in a quiet area. The views of the bay from the hotel's prestige lounge area are stunning - beautiful sunset. Room was very nice. Booked a swim-up room on the ground floor which had a nice terrace with comfy sun loungers. Only ate in the restaurant on the first night and it was poor. Maybe because it was 9pm and there weren't many people there . We were very rushed by the waiter and we appeared to be an inconvenience - very unusual as normally dinner in Spain is on the late side. Staff in the hotel reception were very pleasant and helpful at all times.

Rooms were comfortable, large jacuzzi bath in the room is nice. Breakfast buffet offers lovely ocean views and a large selection of food, even for vegetarians. There is a selection of non-dairy milks also. Star Prestige area is the highlight of the hotel and is beautifully laid out and quiet. It was great to pay for bar services by simply giving room number and settling at check out. We saw people at the main (non Star Prestige) pool having to pay on the spot with a card. We saw 3 types of rooms during our stay and would advise future guests to go with Star Prestige. The rooms with hot tubs on the balconies (which are not Star Prestige rooms) are not very private and are directly overlooked by the rest of the hotel. The difference between Junior Star Prestige suite and normal Star Prestige suite are that the JSP suite is formatted like a studio apartment with the bed in the (larger) living room, and it has a wider balcony. The SP suite is longer and thinner, has a separate bedroom at the back of the hotel and a narrower living room and toilet. We would recommend upgrading to a JSP if possible.

Lack of clear information regarding pool opening times, how to get your pool towels, when to exchange them, where smoking is permitted, what to use the app for, themes for dinner in restaurants, times when food is available at the bar. A greater selection of vegetarian food for room service would be appreciated. The Iberostar app itself is a bit buggy and crashes sometimes, so could definitely be improved. WiFi coverage outdoors at the Star Prestige pools could also use some boosting. Rooms with separate bedroom at the back of the hotel experience a lot of noise from bin trucks in the morning due to the windows being single-glazed.

The location is just wonderful on the beautiful Santa Ponça bay and we had an ocean view balcony room so really loved our view. The room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel staff were very warm helpful

Only one thing, the strange placement of the door stops on the floor there was one right in front of the bathroom sink and my husband and I kept stubbing our toes on it

The Hotel was lovely Staff a pleasure. The Beds and Pillows were very comfortable. The air-conditioning was very good also a pleasure to have a cool room at night and even though the AC was off during the day when you were out of the room the room remained cool. The pool area was lovely very comfortable with big cabaña beds and plenty of sunbeds and even if you were late down the staff was very helpful to find you a bed. The breakfast was exceptional and the dinner was great also with lots of choice though I preferred the Breakfast. The locations was lovely on the water there was always a breeze coming in over the pool and it was very close to the square where there was a choice of restaurants and shops.

Would have liked if there was a choice for dinner that was not buffet but as I said the location had plenty of choice outside the hotel. The Bedroom was tight on space but I didn't mind too much because the bed was very large and comfortable. The only other downfall was the couch in the apartment was not so comfortable.
