The hotel is Extremely clean every time I stay here. Breakfast is really good. Hot meals. It is quiet and peaceful. The staff at the front desk and housekeepers are always happy , pleasant and helpful. The beds slept really nice. I love this place because it has an indoor pool. Did not try but it was very clean.

Had to leave and go home. I am looking forward to returning soon for the peace and relaxation

Air conditioner did NOT work @ the reception area, so I decided to wait for my family members in my car. Also air conditioner did NOT work at the breakfast area, so I did not enjoy my breakfast, even my coffee. I don't think is nice for the clients, nor for the personal to be there with no air conditioner!

The breakfast was readily available when the hotel specified it was. The woman that ran the breakfast however made the experience. She was so friendly and always offering to get anything we needed. Front desk staff was also very kind and respectful even when busy. Extremely friendly and helpful.

The check-in process could have used more people checking in guests. There was only one person working the desk at the time of arrival, but this was due to the fire alarm going off so the other front desk person was dealing with that issue. Rooms were not ready when we arrived either. They were not ready long after, but might have worked out a little better for my friends and I if we were able to get in right away.

It was really close to Loma Linda Academy. Didn’t have to drive to far from the school.

It was hot in the lobby, breakfast area. I guess the A/C unit was not working? But it was ok

The overhead light in the bathroom was out and the hair conditioner was empty. When we brought this to their attention in the morning, both were taken care of when we returned. That doesn't always happen at other hotels.

The lady in the breakfast area was kind and immediately let us know about eggs and sausage. The area was clean and comfortable. Very good value for the money. The hotel is right off the freeway so there is road noise, but nothing can be done about that. Just be aware it’s there. I ran the fan to help.

Ice machines were not functioning and we had to go to the front desk. But they did have ice.

The electricity went out in the area which prevented me from charging my phone, laptop and accessing the Wi Fi. This made an impact on the ability to complete work and prepare to check out. I realize it was out of the hotel's control but this was a bit stressful.

Great comfy clean room. Very attentive staff.

Exceptionally clean. Staff/Jasmine was cheerful, kind and helpful. Bed was wonderfully comfortable. I will stay here again.

The beds were so comfortable we did not want to get up.

Indoor pool was not heated and it was 105 degrees outside. Kids were very disappointed.
