Security needs to be onsite due to someone smoking in the stairway that turned on the fire alarm at 2:40 in the morning making the hotel evacuate.

The room was BEAUTIFUL I LOVED DECOR AMAZINGLY APPOINTED TASTEFUL MODERN ART, the property felt safe, check-in was a breeze, the breakfast bar had good options felt safe and clean. The overall aesthetic of the place was high. My only wish I could tell you about the pool unfortunately I forgot my swimsuit. Most especially I absolutely loved the bed and the pillow, high-quality sheets,!!!

There were a few quirks in the room, bedside lamps didn’t work, the air conditioning though strong and good, was difficult to find a balance so it wasn’t freezing or going to warming. The area with the sink and mirror needs to have a small trashcan (not just in the bathroom.)

Almost everything except a few glitches with the bedside lights that wouldn’t work and also the air conditioning worked very well but at night it was too cold and you could not adjust it properly to something in the middle

The only thing I like about this property is the way the property and Booking.com has asked me for this review numerous numerous numerous times I gave the place a wonderful review from the start and Booking.com and the property have both asked me over and over and over again for review. This is so upsetting that I would almost not go back. The property and Booking.com better take this into account what I am saying because you are going to lose good customers both from Booking.com on the property because of this reviewing policy.

Great stop between Las Vegas and San Diego. Very clean and very nice.

We arrived late, 9:45 pm. With 4 kids. We got only 3 towels in the room. When we called the front deak, the nice guy told us that he doesn’t have any extra towels to give us (!!!). I asked him if he can see that I paid for 6 people because I thoght it was my mistake. But he answered that he could see that. Just after I explained him that it doesn’t make sense to ask us to share 3 towels he told us that he will check again. After 5 minutes he asked us to come to the front door to pickup 3 towels. I didn’t want to argue so I did it but the whole situation was so frustrating.

We purposely look for hotels where a hot breakfast is included as it really adds to our stay and is very practical for our family of 6. This breakfast has the potential of being great, however, some changes would need to be made. Such as: 1) you Must hire an additional breakfast Helper! The one lady did her best but because there were a lot of people, items kept running out quickly and she was back and forth so much. I felt sorry for her! 2) Get another waffle maker, as having only one led to a long line of hungry people waiting for a change at a waffle. Then only to find out that in the last hour, they ran out completely of waffle mix! Even from the back. 3) I would Not recommend serving out-of-season fruit such as slimy watermelon next to the yogurt. Something like Blueberries or blackberries or strawberries (if available) would have been much better. :). 4) Your Juice machine was out of order. Other than that, I think it could be great. 😊 Cleaning staff was excellent. I saw a gentleman working hard cleaning up after breakfast with a smile. He also was able to get me a couple extra towels when I asked. The hotel rooms were EXCELLENT. Very large and spacious and comfortable. 5 stars on the room and overall cleanliness of the entire hotel. Front desk lady did go and help the one breakfast staff who was struggling to feed the crowd once she was notified that she could use some help. So good job on providing necessary back-up. Beds were very comfortable. We didn't move all night because they were so nice. Very grateful for this stay overall and would still recommend it. Especially for large families.

Only one breakfast staff. You need 2 for sure! Juice machine out of order. Waffle mix ran out during breakfast hours. :/ Out-of-season watermelon next to yogurt. Maybe offer a pork substitution like Turkey bacon or Turkey sausage as well :)

The variety a choices a the awesome waffle maker ,juice bar an also if you didn’t want anything heavy there was light breakfast snacks as well .Donuts muffins etc .

That we couldn’t stay longer by time our stay was over ,the whole family wanted to stay another night ,because we were there for thanksgiving visiting family ,we didn’t get time to use the pool ,so give us something to look forward to next time !

The mid day late night concierge (Bea) was AMAZING!!!! She was very friendly and helpful with any questions that we had. She was polite, very professional, and just a great spirited person. The property has been well kept.

That one of the elevators was out of order, and the other elevator was having some issues as well.

I loved everything about the hotel . The minute we walked in we were greeted nicely and the front desk lady (autumn) I think that was her name was very nice. The breakfast was good. And the beds were very comfortable. I will definitely be coming back here.

Lack of security cause nobody was in the front desk and a homeless person just walked it .

Front desk woman was very nice. We liked being on the first floor and so close to breakfast, which was better than I thought it would be and loved the yogurt bar and salsa for eggs. Server was working hard to give alternatives when they ran out of coffee cups and she was so nice.

No jacuzzi and pool was cold. Social hour was only Monday through Wednesday and I think if they had something daily, that would entice more guests to socialize.

The breakfast could have been better.

The staff did not refill the shower gel cannister when it ran out. Other than that everything was fine.
