Cleanliness, quiet, close to surroundings attractions

Having to pay to park my own vehicle and a valet fee for parking my own vehicle plus if someone else parks. If I’m staying at the hotel it’s unprofessional to have a parking fee for customers visiting your establishment. Mad me so upset…

This hotel was incredible from my booking request to the way my sister & I were greeted upon arrival. The staff went out of their way like I've never seen!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our room was VERY clean and I'm picky about that. The facility was secure, clean and the location was perfect. We arrived after a long day at Sea world and were exhausted and hungry. The restaurant was closed but they gave me great tips on where to get a good pizza close to 10pm and it was delivered within 20 minutes on a Friday night. As a business owner I'm impressed with how we were made to feel very welcomed and appreciated! WELL DONE HILTON! From booking to valet to check-in, to arrival to our room, our stay and check out...EVERYTHING EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS and we look forward to staying with you any time we have a chance!

That I didn't check in sooner to enjoy the hotel more lol..

Very clean and well-kept location. Staff was nice and helpful. Check in was extremely easy. The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. The floors, Kitchen area and bathrooms were immaculate.

Location. Would’ve liked to been able to walk to a few stores. Of course it cost more than some other hotels but I guess you get what you pay for.

I like the size of my room, the professionalism of the staff, and overall hospitality.

I thought the amount to park your own car was a bit too expensive. I think the restaurant should stay open past 9:00 PM, and offer more items on the menu. I also think that check-out should be as late as 11:00 am. Not 10:00AM.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. I loved it.

I didn’t like that check out was at 10 am and when I called down to extend it to 11 am (like the traditional check out time) the couldn’t accommodate me because they were already booked for all the late check outs.

The location of the hotel is great, a short walk from international drive, it has an amazing pool which gets sun all day long, the bar staff are great and very friendly, the general manager Raymond miller was fantastic, for the small issue we ran in to, he sorted it instantly, the room we had was perfect, it has everything you need for a long or short stay, the shower is also brilliant.

My stay has been great!!! All the staff are friendly and very helpful!! I want to thank everyone at Hilton grand vacation club Las palmeras for going out of the way to make my vacation to megacon so great!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I had a 1 bedroom suite with a kitchen. Bartenders was also great..

Location, and i enjoyed the comfortable place. It had everything i needed to stay at a place and didnt dislike nothing about the room.

The staff, well not all of them but a few. I remember the lady who checked me in was sweet. Super sweet and the guy who helped me check out was very nice as well. No complaints about them two but there was a lady who i bought a lotion from and she gave me a i not so good vibe. And then there was a younger huy working in the kitchen to sell food and he was not nice. He was very rushy towards us and he additude was not so good.like I understand maybe not having a good day but this guy gave us a super bad additude even my wife was like id rather go eat somewhere else where i wont recieve an additude like this. Im sorry but that just didnt sit well with me so i left outside. Other than that not a bad expierence.😁

We did not eat breakfast. We just grabbed some fruit and some juice inside the Pantry area. We were running late to meetings, so we did not have enough time to order food. I did plan to order the avocado toast with an egg atop but did not have enough time.

The bathroom at the main pool attached to the bar was dirty. It ran out of toilet paper and paper towels too. The floor was very wet from guests using it just after swimming. It was slippery and posed a falling hazard. It was just gross to use as the seat was wet, it smelled inside and needed to be cleaned. Also, due to renovations, the main building bathrooms were not working and we had to go outside to the workout facilities to use the bathroom. It just so happened that two of the days it was pouring rain and not super fun to go outside while getting ready for business meetings. Lastly, the bar and food service closing at 9 p.m. is not convenient for guests. It would be ideal to stay open until 11 p.m.
