Location was amazing! Attendant people were very kind. Great facilities

The walls are quite thin so can definitely hear the next door room which only became a problem halfway through our trip when some new neighbours would have very VERY loud screaming conversations at 1am. Just something to consider :)

The location is excellent

The property was amazing, everything clean, near the termini a 5 minute walk and really really safe. We also had a bus that would leave us exactly in front of the building. This bus travelled near to all city attractions so would highly recommend this hotel.

The location, very close to the train station. They provide free luggage storage. 24h reception so we could make the check in earlier.

It was amazing. We got a room on floor 0 (which is wonderful because after whole day of walking, you really have no strength to climb another stairs) with the cutest little balcony that's going onto a little patio and connected with tiniest square in front of the hotel. It's also well secured with many doors. The man at the receptionist is a sweet guy. The cleaning ladies and boys are wonderful. I didn't expect them cleaning EVERY DAY like it happens in better hotels. They were coming and cleaning also on the weekends. All the time. It's surprising and very very nice for a hotel that is so budget friendly. Having a fridge in the room is also very nice. The WiFi situation was confusing. There is a password on the reception, but in the end each part of the hotel has its own WiFi with the password on the little corridor and.... The connection was PERFECT. it was really really lovely place to stay at.

I wish there was a kettle in the room. And the cleaning stuff once unplugged our fridge. Which would be not an issue with just food or drinks in it, but my mom is a travelling diabetic. She had insuline in that fridge that needs to be cooled. So unplugging it without asking is a problem. After that we kept communicating through notes and it never happened again. We just left a note saying please don't touch the cord of the fridge. And the fridge could have been cleaner too.

I really liked that the staff (particularly Zaid) always responded to my questions rapidly through Booking.com. The location was super ... about 3 blocks from the Termini; this is a quiet location with a few restaurants on side streets and on the main street across from the Termini. The Termini is where one can get a train, a Metro, a bus, and a taxi all in one area. Our room was vacuumed daily and we had fresh towels daily (didn't need them always but it was nice). The small refrigerator worked well and was handy. There is a grocery at this end of the Termini on the bottom floor that is full of choices. The room was spacious enough for Europe standards. We could easily walk to the Diocletian baths and Repubblica Metro stop if one enjoys the fresh air and the 7 block walk. I was with my 44 yr old son and he was pleased not only with the location but with the room, too. On our last day, the office (staffed 24 hrs a day) let us store our luggage all day until our flight. We will DEFINITELY stay at the Palma again. Great stay. Thanks.

For me, I would like to see one more electrical outlet as, luckily, I carry a 3 prong Europe extension cord that allows me to charge my phone and my CPAP machine at the same time. However, there is an electrical outlet by each bed above the side bed tables. This was NOT a complaint, though. I recommend the Palma!!

- Ideal Location, it is near the Termini (3 minutes walk) where you can get to metro station or to a huge number of shops/restaurants. Also there are some historical locations around where you can get by walk in 15 minutes. - Very friendly staff, they helped us very much during the stay and have helped to get taxi ride to the airport during night. - Very good quality/price choice. - The common kitchen has all needed cutlery.

-In our room was a stone floor, and during cold period the floor is very cold, so you will have to wear warm socks or even footwear. A great idea will be to provide hotel slippers for the rooms with stone floor.

The Staff member we dealt with was super friendly, helpful and kind. He made us feel very welcome. The room was clean, And even though we were facing the main road it was quiet. The double bed was very comfy, even though it was two singles pushed together. And it's right next to the main train station which was handy.

Everything was good but if I had to be picky, The AC unit worked, but it didn't do a great job at heating up the room well. Perhaps it works better at cooling it down in the summer. And then with the showerhead, I had to hold it because it wouldn't stay up otherwise. But aside from those small things everything was fine.

Very close to Roma termini, lots of restaurants and cafes around the area, room was modern and bed is comfy, we stayed in the separate building it was about 5minutes walk from the official address they used. Staff were accommodating, the building was nice with a calming garden.

They should hire a different cleaner because whoever it is seems like doesn't know how to do the Job, first day we checked in there was hairs on the floors and bathroom and dirt marks in the bathroom and doesn't know how to make the bed. next day they only took the rubbish out just folded the towels that we used and put back on the rack. For the next 7 days the dirt mark and hairs are still there I spoke to the staff about it the first day but nothing was done the cleaner just take the rubbish out and just cover the bed back not doing it properly, and the towels provided was too old that it will break if you pull a bit harder and there was a lot of marks or stains in it.

Before giving an evaluation, objectively we have to consider that quality/price ration is exceptional: literally across the road from Roma termini station, my room was quiet because on 2nd floor and it was facing the backstreet. Comfy bed if you like an hard mattress. Ok surfaces a bit dusty, but bathroom, sheets and floor surprinsigly very clean. Nice communication with the staff

In the beginning may seem a bit shady, because i recieved an email that check-in would've occur in another location, but just because I discovered later that the Palma staff owns also different hotels (with different names) but everything went fine The room was a bit outdated but nothing major. Elevator wasn't working and the building where the hotel is (2nd floor) was a bit cluttered with old stuff on the ground floor and by the main door. not the best setting.
