Perfect location surrounded , as it is, by bars, restaurants , shops and pretty squares to sit in. Very clean. Nice Concierge always pleasant but he has no idea about setting up TV/Netflix. I really appreciated the small lift up all floors.

I was badly misled by my receipt from the Apartments which seemed to confirm that I had booked an apartment with some outdoor space with sun beds!! I was very excited but crushingly disappointed when we had only 2 patio doors with about 9” of space available. This might not matter to other people but as someone with limited mobility who spent A LOT of time in apt , it was a bitter disappointment to me. I was misled by the receipt.

The partments are well located in the barrio. I stayed in 3C which was large and well appointed. Sound proofing, especially in the bedroom, was excellent. In terms of the location, however, if you are in one of the aprtments at the 'back' of the building overlooking C. Santos Medicos it's worth noting there are a couple of bars open late which are very loud. On the third floor it was not a problem when the windows were closed but on the lower levels it may become a bit overwhelming. The bars were only open Thu - Sat when I stayed. My advice would be to find out in advance which apartment is allocated if possible.

Some cutlery would have helped. While there is a well supplied kitchen area actually preparing and eating food would require bringing or buying some.

Seamless entry to the apartment; We were asked for an estimated time of arrival, which we duly supplied. On arrival, there was someone waiting to check us in. A few minutes later, armed with the necessary codes to gain entry to the building, our apartment and the Wi-Fi, we were given a quick tour and left to get on with our holiday. The apartment was more than suitably sized for our requirements and included all the facilities we needed (including a kettle for that English cuppa!) We were a little concerned that there may be a little too much noise for our liking (being on a fairly busy pedestrianised street), but were pleasantly surprised to get a good night's sleep every night we were there. The quadruple glazing certainly did it's job. Despite being fairly early on in the season, it was quite warm on a night, but the air conditioning kept us comfortable. We'd certainly return to Arenal Suites.

Being picky, some elements of the communication before our arrival could have been better. I had asked for a recommended transfer provider from Alicante airport on two occasions, but never received a reply. It didn't matter in the end, I did my own home work and found a company that fitted the bill. Some additional, complimentary toiletries could have been supplied, which we've normally found in these sort of establishments, but again, it was nonessential. If you're a TV fan, there were no English channels, but being a Smart TV, there were apps such as YouTube to watch.

Location was easy to find and located in the center of Alicante. Our host Abdel was really friendly and made us feel safe and welcomed. The apartment had all the facilities listed and everything was clean.

A bit noisy during the night because of the location and not very well sound-proofed. If the windows were closed during our leave to visit the beach/city there was a strong smell of food. We did not ask for cleaning on our 2nd day but the cleaning staff still came and personal items were left in the room laying around which made us a bit uncomfortable but nothing was touched, they were respectful.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of the old town. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped with modern furniture and kitchen (including a washing machine) We loved the location with lovely bars , restaurants and shops literally on the doorstep. The area felt safe. Nice easy to walk to the beach and to access public transport. I would definitely recommend these apartments if you want to be in the centre of everything. Abdel on reception was extremely friendly and helpful, if we had any questions when the reception wasn't manned we could watsapp him and he replied straight away. I could not find any cutlery , so I messaged Abdel and he came up to show me , there was a sliding drawer inside another drawer in the kitchen unit.

Perfect place, with Spanish ambiente, quiet, modern, very clean (which is important for me). We had an apartment at third floor, which was perfect. Ideal for 4 people, excellent for 2 :) Very polite, helpful, smiling personel. Despite of being there only for 3 nights, we were offered additional cleaning and fresh towels. The location can not be better to have a good meal, to go for Castillo de Santa Barbara, Mercado Central where you can buy everything fresh and tasty, to walk Explanada, to visit beach, harbor or just run in all these places in the morning. It's close to everywhere.

Very helpful staff on reception. After contacting them they had our apartment ready for our early arrival. Key codes given to us on arrival. Having a lift to the 3rd floor apartment was very helpful. Many eateries and bars around. A little street noise that was mostly shut out by the windows/ blinds. Beautifully clean and well equipped, although we didn’t cook in the apartment. Would definitely recommend.

As mentioned by others leaving feedback there is a smell in the entrance. Possibly drains as you can also smell it out in the street at times. Not in the apartment so didn’t bother us.

The suite was amazing, very well fitted to a high standard. Lovely high pressured shower, and toiletries, coffee machine and capsules, teabags - which were replenished during our stay (nice extra). The bed was really comfortable and the location in Old Town was spot on. It was close to cafes, restaurants, plus nearby supermarkets. Walking distance to marina and beach only 5-10mins. The property security was top notch and there was a small partially manned reception desk, really helpful arranging our taxi to the airport and advising on the pickup point.

The only slight downside was the people noise on the streets at night - ear plugs recommended, but we were there at Halloween - a lot of excitement on the sat night in particular, other nights weren't bad.

Loved the location - 2min walk to Mercado tram station, 6min walk to beach, 2min walk to supermarket, ease of checking in (was allowed to check in early) the cleanliness, the size, the layout and the small extra’s which make a difference ie. Coffee machine/pods, washing machine, kettle, toaster cleaning materials, kitchen tissues etc. Abdel on reception was great at recommending places to eat and the Italian restaurant below the apartment is simply amazing.

Good communication from staff, allowed us to leave our case till apartment was ready and text us when it was which was early. Modern and well equipped apartment, everything you would need. Good shower, shower toiletries provided and towels changed twice during our 5 night stay. Bed was nice and comfy with extra pillows. Shutters at windows were great and let no light in whatsoever which is good if you're a light sleeper. Would have no hesitation in booking again or recommending to friends or family. Right in the old town with bars and restaurants literally on the door step but not noisy at night!
