It was very healthy, the only thing was they brought your egg dish the same time as yogurt etc , so it was cold before your finished your yogurt

That their was no kettle & cups in the room tea or coffee

This is an excellent hotel, but by far and away the most impressive thing about it was the quality of the staff. They were simply excellent......

The location was perfect, next to the old town, promenade one street in front, plazas all around us. Metro and bus stop 2 minutes away. The rooms were fine. Maybe a little tlc needed in certain areas but otherwise lovely room. We faced the front street. Breakfast was adequate. Staff were all lovely, very helpful and warmly welcoming.

Really nothing not to like however the breakfast could do with being checked more often. There were often empty plates/bowls. One morning staff only checked the breakfast area because a guest said there were no eggs, no juice, no water, no bread, no cheese etc

Nestled in the heart of the city, the hotel boasted a central location that made it an ideal choice for both business travellers and tourists alike. Surrounded by a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops, the hotel provided a perfect launching pad for culinary adventures and shopping sprees.

The morning buffet consisted primarily of stale pastries, a few slices of bread, and a solitary bowl of fruit that seemed to have seen better days. Those hoping for a hearty start to their day were disappointed to find that traditional hot options, such as eggs or bacon, were conspicuously absent. Instead, the coffee station was equipped with a single pot of lukewarm brew, which did little to uplift the spirits.

Beautiful room! Junior room with terrace is super nice, gorgeous bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, very nice terrace, the bed and pillows were very comfy, and the room even had a window on the ceiling. Absolutely loved it, it is our second time in this hotel, can’t recommend it enough! Very nice reception and management! We booked junior room, and it had pictures of the bathtub, but apparently they have two rooms of the same category, one with bathtub and one without. On the arrival I was quite disappointed initially, because the bathtub was the whole reason why we had booked the room. But the reception and the manager were super sweet and upgraded us. Very nice restaurant with sweet staff that went above and beyond and good selection of the meals.

The door from the bathroom to the terrace has a transparent window. This isn’t an issue during the day (as reflections somewhat obscure the interior), but at night, with the lights on, the area with the sinks is visible to the neighbors. They have a rooftop terrace directly in front of the bathroom, and one night, there were several people there. Basically need to be constantly aware before moving to the sink area, e.g. after taking a shower. I think it would be better to have that window frosted. Everything else was perfect though, so this didn’t bother us much.

Very clean and thoughtful design. Great breakfast. Kind staff. Very close to the city and the beach.

Not much to dislike.

Good breakfast (high quality, local products), the staff was very helpful and kind. The location is good as it was super close to the beach. I liked the stone walls and the marble staircase. The complimentary toiletries were also very nice.

I didn’t like the bathroom being separated with the glass wall only. It’s not very comfortable, especially if you stay with your family. Also the door closing the bathroom is very loud (you can wake up everyone if you close it at night). It would be good if there were actual nightstands in the room (there were only tiny stools instead). I asked for twin beds and got confirmation it will be arranged, but when we checked in we got the room with one bed. It was fixed very quickly as the staff was very helpful, so it must have been a communication issue. Also the cleaning staff connected the beds again… so I had to separate them myself.

Located in the city centre, the hotel is well placed for exploring the city and its surroundings. Due to its location, it may not be suitable for those travelling by car. The urban location also means that there is street noise, which is not completely blocked by the windows. It is only one block from the main seafront. The rooms are slightly smaller, so there's no desk in the room, but that's fine. The air conditioning works perfectly. The breakfast could be more varied.

The place was amazing. The room was spotless and comfortable. Their restaurant serves amazing tapas (we didn't know that anything related to artichoke could be so tasty). The staff were very helpful. They had to change our room upon our arrival, but they compensated us with a free meal in their restaurant. It was so nice that we wished we had stayed longer in Alicante.

The hotel is in the centre of Alicante, which means that it could be loud at times. Our stay coincided with the local festivities, which meant that it was a bit noisy. Still, the location is a massive advantage and the noise wasn't much of a nuisance. All in all, the hotel was great and we will be happy to get back there once back to Alicante.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! First of all, the receptionist, Brisa, was absolutely outstanding—extremely helpful and kind throughout my visit. The breakfast was delicious, the hotel was impeccably clean, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. Highly recommended!

The only small issue is that there’s no on-site parking, but the hotel offers a discounted price for its customers at a nearby public parking facility, which is just a 5-minute walk away and very convenient.
