Excellent accommodation probably in the best possible location in Bilbao. Value for money with good equipment to cook. I am a light sleeper but the soundproofing was amazing and didn’t feel any disturbances during the night.

The only negative is the absence of room service which is something needed especially when more than two people are staying for four days in the same place and using the same toilet. Please consider it for the future.

One of the nicest places I've stayed in. Bright, airy, clean, quiet even on a Friday night with a crowded bar outside. Note that I was on the courtyard side, and was upgraded to a larger room rather than the studio. The hallways were wide, the elevator was always free, and once I was in the front door I had no issues getting to my room in a wheelchair. The location was great too, right by the train station and easy access to the river.

The front door is a pain to get through if you're using a wheelchair, as it was split in two and I needed to open both parts instead of just one. I needed to unlock two heavy bolts on the second half of the door to get in and out each time. In the flat itself, some of the storage was very high up. I'm 5 foot 6, and I would have needed to stand on a chair to get the glasses in the back of the top kitchen cupboard or into the safe. Everything else was reachable from standing height.

The property is on a very busy street with bars/cafes and we actually did not see the main door at first. The apartment was on a courtyard so we were not disturbed by noise. The bars close early enough. The bed was a folding bed and we only discovered that when we received the email for the code. but that was no problem. It was very comfortable. Just that it was not clear at reservation. The process to check in and out and get the code for the main door & apartment is straight forward. There is no reception only online. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and even a washy machine with a little cleaning pack and a nespresso.

We had a fantastic stay at this excellent accommodation. The location was so perfect - it was so close to everything. On exiting the accommodation, you are straight onto a street with lovely bars and restaurants. It was really easy to visit local attractions by foot as they were all within easy reach. There was a great vibe in this area which continued into the evening but when the windows were closed in the evenings, you couldn't hear a single sound from the street. We cannot fault this accommodation and look forward to returning.

The location is perfect as there are pleny of food options and bars around. The old city isn't far either. The area is busy without being too noisy. The apartment was pristine, extremely confortable with enough facilities that we would have happily stayed there longer. Beautiful building, we would definitely be back. We even received a welcome pack with drinks + food but also enough to do our wash etc.

The sound proofing could be better as you can hear it all through the front door of your room. It is often the case with buildings like these renovated with new air circulation systems. We were also just next to the team offices and the linen room on the first floor so noise started early everyday. I do not know if it's the same on every floor. There was no noise issue with the room next door though. Can't complain about anything else.

Very good location, everything online, getting the code a bit more demanding than in the case of a traditional reception, but after getting used to it very convenient. The building is nice, renovated, the same apartments - class itself. Interesting option with breakfast eaten in a cafeteria two blocks away.

The building is on a pedestrian street, we had a bit of a problem with coming with large suitcases, but if someone has a small suitcase on wheels and jumps off the metro, it's perfect. Unfortunately, the breakfast hours didn't suit us, from 9:30 it was too late for us (due to the flight and trips), we unfortunately missed two breakfasts.

The room was very comfortable, very clean, very nice. The staff was very helpful. I was with two little kids and couldn't find the hotel, and they sent a person to find me and guide me to the hotel. He also helped me to carry to bags. The breakfast is in a very nice place close to the hotel.

The hotel is on a pedestrian street, so there is no access to a car. The staff guided me to a parking 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The parking cost was 22€ per night. The second night (Saturday) we came back to the city after a trip and this parking was full. We spent half an hour trying to find parking somewhere else. With 2 tired and impatient kids in the car, it's a nightmare. Also, the hotel is on a central street full of bars and places to go out. It was completely full of people both nights, in a way you can't pass without rubbing against people while walking. For me, it was a huge problem as I was with two little kids, one of them with autism that was very stressed out and nervous because of the number of people on the street of our hotel.

Perfectly located in the city center, just near a lively street with bars, yet it didn’t disturb our sleep at all. The design is modern and comfortable. We had an apartment with a terrace, which added a lovely touch. We appreciated the welcome kit left for each guest, as well as the well-equipped kitchenware in the apartment. Most of all, we loved the lady who checked us in - she was incredibly helpful with the registration process and genuinely warm and hospitable throughout.

We enjoyed everything, though it might be thoughtful to add a basic set with oil, salt, and sugar in the apartment. Just a suggestion for the managers.

At the time of booking I was not aware that this is a 'staffless' property with only digital access through an electronic touchscreen. Nevertheless, arriving quite some time before authorised check-in time, a quick on-line request allowed for (chargeable but reasonable) early access. Also, didn't realise this was a complete mini-apartment with full cooking facilities and a concealed bed that allowed the unit to be stored away to leave a 'large' and open living area. Worked superbly well. Location could not have been better - front door opened onto a bustling area full of cafes, bars and restaurants with a really great atmosphere.

Electronic access caused initial confusion, not just for us, but a series of other travellers who arrived at/around the same time. However, it just so happened that there was a member of staff in an upstairs office who couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful.

We stayed at Líbere Bilbao Ledesma for two days and everything was perfect. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to access all the major attractions and amenities. The online check-in process was seamless and very convenient. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a fully functional kitchen, comfortable bed, and modern bathroom. It was clean, stylishly decorated, and spacious, providing a cozy environment for our stay. We appreciated the attention to detail and the high standard of cleanliness maintained throughout the property. The proximity to various restaurants, shops, and public transportation was a huge plus. We have no complaints about our stay and truly loved this place. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bilbao and would definitely stay here again in the future.
