It was well appointed and had everything to have a relaxing time in the room. The furniture was a little dated but comfortable and clean with tables and chairs. The beds were very comfortable and extra blankets available all the amenities you would hope for. The refrigerator was quiet. The grounds were nice lots of flowering plants and very close to shops restaurants bars and parks.

The towels need upgrading they were pretty old and rough. But they were clean.

A very good location, adequate to travel to Mount Rainier. Lots of restaurants around. The bedroom was very spacious and quiet. Beds and pillows very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful landscaping and colorful details in the patio between the rows of rooms. Internet speed was great!

The coffee maker in the room did not work. They replaced it for another one that did not work either. Mike tried his best to no avail. (He ended up making coffee for me. 🙂 The bathroom and towels would need a little update. I would not call the “breakfast”, continental breakfast. Slices of bread (no toaster), waffle mix, cereal and yoghurt. No orange juice.

This was a great spot while skiing at Crystal Mountain. We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. The room was large and clean but nothing fancy. The included breakfast had options including waffles, cereal, yogurt, coffee (again nothing fancy but everything hit the spot except the coffee). The mexican restaurant which is attached was really good especially after a day of skiing where we didn't feel like going out. All in all a great value and the drive to Crystal was easy.

Coffee could have been better but that is really nit picky. Everything was great!

Breakfast and the restaurant were great. We love the location, very central to Enumclaw and within easy walking distance of everywhere we needed to go. We were able to use the meeting room off of the lobby to talk with some family who came to see us.

It looks a little run down on the outside, but it was very comfortable on the inside, We had everything that we needed.

The staff were very friendly. The included basic breakfast and coffee was satisfactory. The bed was comfortable. The fridge and microwave were very useful.

You can hear the noise of running water and people stomping above. It was difficult to sleep for light sleeper. The room lighting was a bit dark. The pillow case didn't cover the pillow because it didn't have the flap that went over the pillow.

The room and the bed were very comfortable. It was clean, quiet and relaxing. Staff was accommodating.

Television didn’t work, would not connect to their internet or whatever was supposed to provide the programming. No one rushed to try to correct it. But the room was otherwise very comfortable

Location is great when staying for a concert at White River Amphitheater. Gets you away from the traffic coming up the hill from Auburn to the concert venue. Pillows were great, and the bed was comfy. They had the make your own waffles my husband & kids enjoy. A/C works well.

Would be great if there were coordinated shuttles from the hotels in town to the concert venue on concert nights. Taxi/Lyft/Uber and bus service are all iffy, but these are things the municipality and concert venue need to put forth effort to improve. The front desk was helpful with the number of the local taxi driver. We got lucky with an Uber that had just dropped off at the concert venue.

Stayed here last year and came back to the same room. Well maintained on, got fresh towels and trash removed each day and nice large room. Super convenient to Crystal mountain. And almost in town center.

The toilet rocked a little which could cause a leak eventually. Should replace the wax ring and rebolt to the floor. Also just a small repair is needed to the seam on top of the bathtub enclosure.

This was a special trip to celebrate my sister's birthday! I called a few days before and asked if it was possible to leave a bottle of champagne in my sister's room as a surprise upon our arrival. The staff went above and beyond and decorated the room with happy birthday banners...a box of chocolate... balloons all over the place including miler balloons... plus the bottle of champagne on ice! I was shocked and so was my sister... it actually brought her to tears! Thank you to all of the wonderful staff... we appreciate everyone so so much! The front desk (Mike) also went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable and memorable... we will be back and will recommend 100%!

I can't think of one negative comment or anything we didn't like! We loved it all!

Cute, quaint, and well maintained building. The courtyard is lovely with beautiful hydrangeas and hanging flower baskets. The bedding was comfortable, and the linens were clean & soft. The room itself was comfortable & provided ample space.

I noticed a couple of stains on the walls in our room that looked like they would come off with some scrubbing. The toilet seat shows some wear as is the seal on the mini fridge, which did not keep our supplies cold.
