Lovely, clean, and airy rooms. This is fantastic when you have a dog and a large family. It is easy to cook food and have a relaxing time. There is excellent parking around the property. There is. It is a nice small pool for the summer, but it is too cold now to check it out. The WiFi is decent, and the rooms are reasonably large and airy with good-quality modern equipment.

You need to be reasonably fit to get to the grotto and back because of the stairs. Some people live on the site, and their dogs might be off-lead. So do note that if you have a reactive dog. The TV was set at an odd angle, so I couldn't really watch it while relaxing. The bathroom shower doesn't have a retainer, so the bathroom can get flooded if you are not careful.

The location was great, walking distance to Sanctuary and the Grotto. There was a bakery just arround a corner.The apartment was a very spacious and had an amazing view on the mountain range. The pool was refreshing under the palm trees and is good for keeping cool.

The was no air conditioning in the room , you could have a fan but it didn’t do much . The pool could been a few more meters bigger as a lot of people wanted to keep cool.

The facilities were very clean and the breakfasts were delicious with a good selection on offer. The apartment was perfect for our 2 night stay with three children and the location was great for visiting the Sanctuary of Notre Dame. The swimming pool was a good size and very clean.

The only criticism is that we couldn't use the balcony as it was green and mossy and needed a good pressure wash and wipe down, It was very small and wouldn't fit the 5 of us on it. This didn't effect us as we were out and had no need to use it for our short stay anyway.

I was self-catering in a fantastic well equipped kitchen for a studio apartment- 2 rings and a microwave. Bathroom with a bath and shower. Very comfy sofa bed. Balcony. Blackout blinds. Totally soundproofed room. Elevator. Option of meals in restaurant. Big small studio with plenty room for a bike storage. Lovely swim pool. It’s not in the noisy centre of Lourdes. It’s on the hill overlooking the city.

Everything perfect

This hotel residence is exactly what I expected: great location, fantastic facilities like free onsite parking, outdoor swimming pool great for all ages when the sunshine is "au rendez-vous " which it was when I stayed there. My accommodation also had a balcony, fantastic for romantic evening meal " a deux", unfortunately my other half was not with me at the time due to work constraints making the balcony even bigger for a solo traveller. I had a great religious getaway in Lourdes, and I will definitely come back to the Zenitude l'Acacia residence. This time, hopefully, we will be two of us enjoying the wonderful mountain vistas from the balcony. I highly recommend it as your base for exploring what Lourdes and its surroundings have to offer. I can't wait to be back on my own or with my conjoint as Zenitude accommodation is the best place to stay if you are on a budget or have a strict medical diet to follow as it is my case due to being coeliac. Therefore, self-catering makes it possible for me to travel and still stay healthy.

I loved having a balcony, but I wished it did not overlook the parking entrance, which was not as private as I would have hoped.

Close to the Grotto and Sanctuary of Lady of Lourdes.We were given a room on the ground floor and it was a warm day,there was no air-con and no electric fan provided. It was good that there was a sliding door to the balcony and access to communal garden but flying insects went it when we opened to get some fresh air. So i ended up having few insect bites.

The breakfast.There were not a lot of choices for hot breakfast only boiled egg.

The room was great. Enough space and the kitchen is equipped with everything we wanted. We like so much and will stay here again when we come back to lourde. The church is walking distance so we had free parking and easy access to the church.

The bathroom area is not good. The water is going full during the bath so, we waste our time to clan bathroom after every bath.Please ensure that the bathing area is partitioned off so that no water leaks out.

I love the tranquility of the facility. Tha room was big and clean. The breakfast was really good and help to start your day with good nutrition

The mattress was a little hard And I thought the distance to the sanctuary was closer. It would be good to know that is walking distance but not for older people. It’s really needed a car to get to the sanctuary for older people

Helpful reception and maintenance staff. Easy communication and very welcoming with them all. Grotto is a 5min walk down and a 15mins walk back to the hotel cause of the stairs. Bakery and magazine store around the corner. CBD is sold at the magazine store if needed. Meeting the others tourist in the hotel are awesome and we are all there for the same spiritual reason. Staff was excellent. Wish we stayed more than 1 night. Enjoyed the swimming pool and sun bathing. Family friendly.

We had a good stay. The location was easy to find and very close to the church. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The small kitchenette had all the necessary supplies you would need for a couple of days. Plenty of cupboards available. There was free parking at the premises. Would recommend this place to anyone without a problem.
