This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in, it truly feels like home. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, warm and friendly. Throughout our stay, they were very attentive and proactively serving the guests, always ensuring we were comfortable and all our needs were met. Additionally, the hotel’s beautiful interior design, cleanliness and aroma really captured my attention and we felt very comfortable staying here. I’m really impressed with the staff’s behavior, they personalized our experience and remembered small details. I’m definitely planning to stay again here when I return to Hong Kong. Special thanks to Sam, Polly, Eric, Naila, Amina and the rest of the staff who made our stay extra special!

Exceptional & friendly staff always willing to assist. Location was perfect and accessible for shopping and spoilt for choice with food outlets and fine dining. The rooms were comfortable and enjoyed the French style setting.

Breakfast options was limiting for a 5 star hotel. On one specific day we were interrupted at breakfast requesting us to make space for other guests and we were at breakfast not longer than half a hour. The hotel closed off the breakfast due to an incident. In my view, they should have extended the breakfast past 10h30 which they did not do.

Love this beautiful well-designed hotel! Location is great, near to MTR, several shopping malls and eating places. Service was excellent, the staff were helpful and friendly. It was a really comfortable stay for us with a baby. They knew we were travelling with a baby and asked if we needed more baby amenities and they provided a baby cot, high chair, bottle warmer and steriliser! I would definitely come back and stay here again!

Breakfast was delicious except that we stayed for 4 nights and had pretty much the same food every day. Not a dealbreaker as there are also many eating places near the hotel to explore. Perhaps can rotate the menu?

I loved the boutiquy feel and decor. The fact that it was intimate , small scale, using refined colors creating a subtly elegant mood. I loved the complimentary laundry facility , the exquisite breakfast taken in the most refined , posh salon , sitting on a sofa under a giant glass chandelier. Truly a luxurious , indulgent experience. The staff is kind and helpful , specially the breakfast personnel .

The elevator key , needing to use it to go up anywhere and the fact that the hotel is sandwiched between other towers as is so common in HK, so no view whatsoever. But you can’t have it all!

The breakfast is excellent. Each guest could order one main dish from the menu (eggs your way/ egg Benedict with ham/ Wonton noodle/ Waffle), along with a nice range of breakfast/brunch selections, including muesli, cheese board, sausages, pastries, salads, and dim sum. The service is excellent with high professional standards and great attention to details. The staff are friendly and respectful and they understand the customers’ needs very well. The room decor is beyond expectations. The bar area, the television interface and the books in the room are some of the most memorable features that make me feel like home.

Nearly everything was great. The rooms were generously sized, especially for Hong Kong, spotlessly clean, beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with good water pressure. The location is very convenient whether for commuting, shopping, eating, or sightseeing, and it was very easy to access the nearby MTR station which was a 5-10 min walk away. My family greatly appreciated the cosy and beautifully fitted out lobby and breakfast lounges, and we thoroughly enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet. While not huge, everything we needed was available and it was delicious. The staff were wonderful - so attentive and helpful all the time, anticipating our needs and ever ready to help.

The property didn't have a drop off, so we struggled with luggage especially while checking in/out as the car we ordered to go to the airport didn't have a place to stop to load the luggage and we ended up crossing a busy road in order to do so. This was especially challenging as I was traveling with my elderly father.

This property is conveniently located for shopping enthusiasts, with close proximity to train stations and abundant local food options nearby.

What I didn't like was the lack of a drive-thru. The taxi or pickup area is at the side of the road, so if the weather is bad, everyone will get wet. Additionally, there are steps before reaching the lobby, which may not be accessible for those who are wheelchair-bound.

Super nice design and all workmanship details. I love the vibe. Smell sound and cleanliness.

We stayed 3 nights, our last night staff forgot to turn down the room in the evening which we quite surprise since it was exceed expectations when day did in the first night but after they did everyday and forgot one day I think it might be something wrong but there’re all good. I definitely go back.
