The location is super convenient to go airport or shopping streets, literally down the street. The room is clean and no sight of cockroach (as other guests reviewed). Price is a catch compared to other places, I was shocked that Hong Kong is so expensive to find a decent hotel and this place is for sure above decent to me.

Rather hard to find the reception

It’s in very convenient location. Although the building is old and rundown, the room is clean. And the most surprising is the comfortable bed and pillow, which I don’t expect for this price.

The building is old and rundown, dirty on the stairwell between the first floor and the second floor.

The location is super, just a few minutes' walk to all the shopping places in Causeway Bay, from the 5-star Hysan Place to Sogo to the ordinary ones. Restaurants at all levels are also plenty nearby. Public transport to many areas in Hong Kong, including the airport, is also very convenient via MTR Causeway Bay Station which is just a few minutes' walk from the property.

The rumbling of the window mount air-con made it impossible to sleep at night the first night. I felt like I was sleeping in the engine room of a big ship. Luckily, they switched me to another room after I raised the issue the following day. But what if they were fully booked? Good sleep is the most important thing for us travellers after walking around the whole day during the day. I don't think I can cope if I had to stay in the first room for one more night in a row. Sound proofing in the room was also very bad. If you have a not very considerate "neighbour", you will have a hard time resting in your room. The electronic lock of the second room broke down one early morning after I stayed in that room for a number of days (I stayed for 15 nights in total). I had to change to another room as a result, wasting about an hour of my time that I could have spent for a relaxing breakfast instead. So it wasn't nice. The TV's (I'm not sure if they were TV's or PC monitors) in all the rooms that I stayed did not work at all. When I asked the front desk receptionist about it, because I wanted to watch news, she said the TV network of the whole building was not working because of the renovation work that was in progress. It turned out to be a lie. When I asked the building management office on ground floor about it, I was assured the TV network of the building was operating normally.

Location: The property is conveniently situated near Causeway Bay station, making it easy to explore the area using buses, trams, or the MRT. Many shops and restaurant nearby so it's easy for you to shop or find a place to eat. Room: The double room feels surprisingly spacious compared to other rooms in Hong Kong at a similar price point. Staff Experience: While I’ve come across complaints about the staff before booking, my personal experience during my stay was positive. Although they may appear a bit cold, I believe this is typical of service in Hong Kong.

Room: Compared to the surprisingly spacious double room, the triple room is extremely cramped. Our 28-inch luggage could barely fit, and we could only open one at a time due to the lack of space. Cleanliness: Overall, the place is well-maintained and quite clean but there is some yellow stains in the bed and pillow sheets.
