The look and feel of the lobby is really nice and cool. Comfortable chairs for you to sit in with charging stations by the table. They do have a luggage storage area that you can pay for and is not fussy if you wait for an hour in the lobby before you leave to catch your flight.

It is a bit far away from Causeway bay metro station so if you have big bags use the lift exit and take the journey slow. They also only have 2 lifts inside for 19 floors so be prepared to wait for one. A note to the hotel: please label all the switches you have so that you know which one is for the water heater and maybe also a note on how to use the shower.

I’ve stayed couple of times in Mini hotel Central, always a good experience! we try this time the Causeway bay one! also a very nice cozy hotel! location, price, cleanliness is all really good!!

nothing to do, but just to mention walls are REALLY REALLY THIN! can hear EVERYTHING literally that’s happening next door, all their conversations, packing umpacking, eating, showering, brushing teeth, EVERYTHING! if you mind, then consider it otherwise really good,

The location is good

They could offer more amenities such as toothbrushes etc. Also you need to buy a plug adapter for international plugs. It is geared for Hong Kong or UK guests.

Liked the location - there are lots of cafes, bakeries, and nice places nearby, close to bus/tram/subway and also the ferry stops. The room was cleaned every day.

The walls are so thin we could hear everything happening in other rooms. Bathroom/toilet is uncomfortable - the walls are almost transparent and the toilet is so close to the door that it's almost impossible to use it. But we knew what to expect so its worth the money we were paying.

Really like the ambiance of the hotel. their rooms are very cozy, clean and comfortable. All the staff are very helpful and kind.

Maybe a suggestion to have a little restaurant/food stall inside the hotel with different food choices. since the nearby stores are closing early, those who wants to have a snack/late dinner doen't have any choices where to go.

It was as expected. The location was great and very convenient, and the room was very clean. I would return on my next trip to HK if I were travelling alone :)

The room was as advertised, very mini. It wouldn't have been comfortable for 2 pax to stay I think but it might work for two smaller sized people.

1. We got to leave our luggages at the hotel prior to check-in 2. Fast processing of our rooms, plus, they gave us our room requests 3. The location is great - there are food shops, shopping places, bus stops and MTR stations nearby

1. The beds aren't comfy enough, a plushier feel could've been a plus, especially after a long day out 2. No room basics like slippers, toiletries and bidet.. oh how good it would've been even if we lacked the shampoos, soap, etc.. if there was a bidet 3. This is just a whim, but the telly's position is awkward with respect to the bed and it's occupants - you'd have to scoot to whatever side the TV was positioned to so you can watch or just do with the reflection on the mirror

The location is very convenient and easy to find. Tho small, the room is clean. There was also a slight stuffy, moldy smell. I supposed it's inevitable with the lack of windows in the room. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

They provided disposable towel, which was pretty impossible to dry. Suggest to bring your own cloth towel
