the building and flat is new and very well decorated, great view of the lake from the balcony , parking and flat is cleaned daily . there is usage of a washing machine in the ground floor of the building . katrina was really helpful . really spacious flat and well planned and decored we loved it and would definitely come back there is a supermarket 150 meters down the road

the only minus in the flat is that there is no oven /microwave there is only a hob , kettle, fridge freezer and coffee machine in the kitchen

The apartment was modern, extremely clean,  spotless!! The beds were comfortable, and there is a walk in closet. And The kitchen was fully equipped big porch with a view to the lake. There is a beautiful pool, refreshing and a beautiful outside site. The host is very nice and helpful. There was a washing machine in the building ,  and a clothes drying rack. The location was good, near the lake, 5 min with a car from the centre. There is enough parking in the street.

The curtains are not sealed, there was a lot of light in the morning.

The property is well located minutes from the main town with restaurants but a lovely quiet area. Walking path along the lake is around the corner. The apartment is spacious and bright with all modern comforts. We stayed in winter and it was warm with great insulation. The apartment was cleaned everyday and new sheets and towels provided Will definitely come back and stay here again.

The apartment was super clean, modern and with great views of the mountains and lake. We had an amazing time , extended our stay and will definitely be visiting again when in the area.

Excellent amenities, brand new apartments with every thing you could need readily available! The pictures don’t even do it justice to how nice the apartment is! Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a wonderful stay here and really look forward to staying again!

Nice and quiet area. Big balcony with a jacuzzi. Cleaning every day. Nice pool. Just a short walk from the city centre. Very easy to reach by car.

Cleaning staff only speak greek, had to call a Greek friend to help us. They also turned off the AC every time after cleaning. (It was 38-42 degrees Celsius outside!) A foul smell in the apartment when AC was on …

Loved it! We had the room with the hot tub and everything was fantastic. The property is nice and well kept, the apartment itself is very nice and has an amazing view, and the host was very nice. All around great stay!

We had a fabulous stay. The apartment has a beautiful and modern interior and is immaculate. The mattresses and pillows are amazingly comfy. The hosts were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. They went an extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Ioannina. Thank you so much.

Excellent place, very clean. Every day there are cleaned the rooms and changed the towels and bed facilities. Good place to go out travel at Tzoumerka and Zagoria

Just got home after a 5 night stay, the location is PERFECT! The apartment is beautiful, very modern. Cleaned daily. I appreciate the coffee refills every day. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed walking to the lake and along to the main town. Very beautiful experience and I’m sure we will return soon. Thank you
