Breakfast was excellent. The fruit and yogurt were always fresh and satisfying. The hot dishes were always different and well prepared. Thank you for this taste of Panama.

Our last night, the children staying in the room across from us kept repeatedly slamming their room door. But they are children. I’m sure staying at your hotel was an exciting adventure for them. There is nothing the hotel can do about excitable children.

Loved the location right next to the shopping mall which gives you ample food options starting with breakfast. Also, it is easy to get to anywhere in the city relatively fast: either to the airport or to the Historic Center. Also loved how helpful and friendly the entire staff was. Finally, enjoyed the well equipped room: comfortable bed, spacious desk, reading chair and clean/big bathroom.

The pool was being repaired. The gym is limited for weightlifting but has a lot of cardio equipment. The breakfast buffet is very limited. The only option for eggs is scrambled. Very limited options on bread.

It is clean and doesn't leave an awful smell of cleaning fluid on our clothes like so many hotels we have been in lately. The location at Multiplaza is wonderful. Easy drive to the airport from here, we were able to get quickly out of the City Center. The staff is so kind and caring! Everything here is welcoming!

The breakfast was ok. I enjoy mine a bit warmer. I don't care for cold scrambled eggs. I would also have enjoyed somelike like pancakes, waffles or fench toast.

I loved the vibe of the hotel. Clean, friendly and close to shopping.

The breakfast was, I'm safely assuming, pre ordered by the hosting event coordinator. However there should hv been options or noticeable options to pay for additional breakfast choices.

The location is quite central to the various sightseeing areas and the best for shopping. If your Spanish isn't great, the staff do speak English. The interiors are a little dated however is functional as it has been maintained well. WiFi is strong and fast and there is an elevator. They also have a laundry room.

There is something very special about the bed and pillows, the level of comfort to promote sleep is off the charts. Being jetlagged I was able to get a very deep sleep right away, unlike even in my own bed! That is superior rest. 😂 I chose the hotel for it's proximity to the shopping center, and I was not disappointed.

Breakfast could have been a lot better. Staff didn’t even offer a second Cup of Coffee.There could have been a more cold cuts, and some the baked goods were not replenished.

Location is AMAZING! At the same building of one of the best malls in Panama. Also super close of very nice tourists points. Breakfast was incredible, we really loved it. The staffing was so lovely as well! Definitely recommend this place!

Staff super friendly, nice and helpfull. On checkout data my flight left at 6:00 pm and after checking with the front desk they allowed me to check out late that day

Breakfast. On the first day the options were very limited and not worth to pay $15 for a Breakfast, after I ate I asked the waiter why the omelette station was closed and he told me that it was open but he forgot to offer the option.

The breakfast was great and location suitable for purpose.
