The bell boy Andres was great and helpful. Front desk was also great. Staff were very friendly. Love the decor. Love the location, convenient location for shopping, sight seeing, and uber was readily available. Variety of selection for breakfast.

The staff especially the manager. He is not a humanitarian. He is racist.

Breakfast was very good and the waiters were nice and attentive. Bedrooms were big and fit amply 2 queen beds, which were comfortable. the view from my bedroom was really nice. Location was good, very walkable to the bay area and small shops; it has a mall just accross the street.

I did not like the lobby decor with its retro atmosphere; it was also dark at night. Front desk staff: We were not lucky with the front desk in charge the night we checked-in: the lady was rude and disrespectful; so much that I had to call her attention. The bathroom was a disappointment: it looked old and bathtub/showert still have a curtain, which for my taste lacks higine. It is definitively not a 5-star hotel as shown in Booking.com.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room very comfortable and breakfast delicious.

Despite the room being clean, the cleaning ladies did not always do the full job: missing soaps, water, tea, coffee, picking up tray from diner the day before.. I had to ask at times. Once I left 3 days, had room service the day before my departure and the tray was still there once I returned 3 days later. The bed was made though.

Exceptional location for eating, shopping, walking along the coastal parks, and catching buses. The attached shopping center with casino is accessible from the hotel 24/7 and makes for a fun nighttime diversion or when the weather is bad in rainy season. The staff were exceptionally helpful, particularly the manager Serjio and the bellboys, who went out of their way to help me get metro passes, a much cheaper SIM card and activate a very cheap unlimited data plan, set up an Uber account and suggest daily activities. The room was quite large, equipped well with a wonderful air conditioner that was tidied up daily. Overall, a terrific value for the money.

nothing - I was extremely satisfied and cancelled another hotel to extend my stay here. We went in the off-season so the hotel was rather empty and quiet but once the hotel gets full, be aware that about half the rooms won't have an ocean view, instead looking at the adjacent hotel. Be sure to ask for a room facing the Pacific ocean (south side)

restaurant. they sell “Ribeye ao Carbon” but brings you “other steak in the pan”. And claim they are right. I had a Grill restaurant fir a long time . I know all the meat cuts. The breakfast is ridiculous. 1 slice of gam shared in four pieces, 1 piece of bread 1cup of coffee. nothing like a hotel breakfast. my last time in this place. the rooms are relatively lively but the floor corridors are dirty full of waste on the hallway carpet.

This hotel is close to the ocean, also not far from the city center. very walkable to and from every thing. Great location..

I only stayed one night, only draw back the evening kitchen staff was slower then normal waitress need more training. but I over looked it because it was like 30 minutes till closing. But the breakfast was awesome worth your money very professional staff this morning crew the kitchen chef was highly professional. My hat off to them.

Nice hotel in a good area. We were able to walk to restaurants near by and even to the mall and movie theater about 2/3 of a mile far away.

Visibility of person in bathroom from anywhere in the room. This is ok for a couple, but awkward in a family with older children. The mall directly in front of the hotel is dying. There are some stores still open, but not the movie theater.

Free valet parking, very convenient. Gym and pool (open air). Amazing breakfast and great service in general. Location is very convenient as well - shops, transport and a playground nearby. Affordable prices (but we were not in a season time)

There were no shampoo (an empty bottle) and coffee mechine didn't work. But both were fixed in literaly 10 minutes.

THE LOCATION WAS VERY GOOD BUT THE VIEW WAS NOT NI E ONLY CARS AND OTHER BUILDING, THE ROOM WAS TOP NOTCH LARGE AND ROOMY WITH A BATH TUBE AND TWO TV BUT ON THE SECOND THEY STOP WORKING. NICE BAR AREA. BREAKFAST WAS SUPER EXCELLENT. PLENTY OF FRUITS AND EGGS TO ORDER.

MY SATURDAY DINNER WAS NO WAY IMPRESSIVE, NO COLOUR TO IT, MAYBE THEY NEED A NEW CHEF.
