Stayed there because we have 2 large service dogs. Although we didn't let them off leash, we have long leashes, they enjoyed the grassy area. The room was clean, large enough, and comfortable. The restaurant was quite good and a good selection of wines from Italy. The food was also very good. They were very helpful in arranging transportation to the ship. The taxi was one of the few that took us on the pier directly to the entrance of our ship. They handled the luggage, which was 4 large suitcases and 2 carry-ons. Would return again. Too bad we didn't get there several days earlier as it was quite enjoyable.

Only problem was that we don't speak Italian and when we checked in there was no one there who spoke English. The rest of the stay there was always someone in the restaurant and at the desk that spoke English.

This is great stopover when driving from the Amalfi to Tuscany. We stayed here 14 years ago and thought we’d come back . It really is a great place and they have a lot to offer for the value. The staff in the station outside for snacks and beverages while hanging by the pool or outside was wonderful. That was a new edition and it was a great idea! The rooms are clean, and the AC works well. Nothing fancy but very comfortable.

Last time we were here the restaurant was phenomenal with steak on a stone. This time, it was pretty awful. I hate to say it, but was totally disappointed. 14 years ago this was one of the best places we ate and the service was wonderful. The steak was top notch. This time it was overpriced and they did away with the steak on a stone. A big disappointment. I believe the chef is pretty new so the kinks need to be worked out. But they should do it soon, the staff seemed confused .

The beautiful setting outside Cassino adds to the ambiance of the guest house. We had a wonderful evening meal at the property taking the advice of the chef from the limited options. Local produce was used. Last time there we had to go into town for food - the host suggested superb restaurants! Breakfast was as before, limited but adequate. We’d stay again! Rooms were clean and functional.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Breakfast could be more imaginative and a coffee machine would be beneficial. Those staying need to be aware of the remote location of the hotel and the distance to the town. A car is beneficial.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great and really GOOD food. We enjoyed our time prior to our cruise and it it is a great place to stay a day before the cruise. If you are around you should definitely visit the restaurant, visited by a lot of local people.

Downside it is remote and you will pay huge money to go to the city center by taxi ( 50 to 70 euro 1 way for 10-15 minute drive); Uber doesn't go there, they accept and then cancel the ride. So you need your own car to do something around. Restaurant in the weekend is very busy and you need to have patience, however the views are amazing

This is the 4th time we have stayed here. The last time was several years ago. The location overlooks the city of Civitavecchia and the Port. Very quiet location. Booked at the last moment due to a change of plans driving from Florence. Having stayed previous, we knew the location. Very affordable

Though remembered fondly, it seems to not be as popular now. There is no visible signage to locate the the facility other than an old, barely visible, faded sign which is almost impossible to see at night The restaurant is good, but not great as it was once. Though breakfast is offered and available, one must wait for it to be set up. Perhaps due to few guests. I wish it would return to its former glory and fabulous menu.

Absolutely delicious food and a certain chocolate dessert! Service staff ALL so happy and friendly making us feel like family. I felt safe and very comfortable. They genuinely enjoyed us and we loved them too!

We stayed the night before our cruise. The resort grounds and vista's are stunning! The restaurant was 5 🌟 our group of 7 decided to sample several things on the menu family style and each dish seemed to be more delicious than the last, the local wine they recommended was outstanding, and we kept referring to it as the best wine we had during our entire 2 week vacation through Greece and Italy. Shuttle service was prompt and very reasonably priced (€125 per shuttle from the airport; and €30 per shuttle to the cruiseport). The staff were very accommodating during our stay. The rooms were rustic, but clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet and low key, perfect for us to unwind and relax after a long day of travel, we highly recommend this property especially if you are cruising out of Civitavecchia.

Lovely staff, lovely rural setting. Arrived very late and messages and access clearly provided. Only problem was finding it - GPS was not accurate - sent us further up the road, and the entrance was not bright enough in the dark, so we missed it. Stayed for the day and used the wifi and staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again. Loved the small pool.

Signage/light at the gate in the dark would benefit from improvement.

The location is lovely, on the outskirts of the city. A lot of greenery to explore, together with great views for photos. The place is puppy friendly and has a great restaurant. The beds were comfy and I overall had a good night of sleep. The staff was also positive with no issues at all. Tons of parking outside and I overall felt safe.

The rooms only have AC heating, so my room wasn't pre-heated, and it was a bit cold outside. Central heating would be a big plus :) But that's all. Thank you.

Very nice breakfast .staff very accommodating despite our lack of Italian vocabulary. Dinner was outstanding and the views and sunsets were outstanding

We arranged for hotel pick up and paid 30 euro,however they did not possess the proper tag to enter the port terminal thus after waiting two plus hours we had to take a local taxi, who would do it for 100 euros. Yes we were not happy on arrival to hotel but then we mellowed .
