Beautiful decor! Loved the fact it had 3 bedrooms and two of them had KING SIZE beds (which is a requirement for us due to the height of our husbands!). Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we could want and the view was lovely. Very nice furnishings, large TV's with plenty of stations and the tiki bar downstairs was both delicious and a lot of fun.

The webbing on the PVC lounge chairs around the swimming pool all need complete replacement, and at least a thorough cleaning in the meantime (all were sagging very badly plus completely covered with mildew). But the pool itself was spotlessly clean and perfect temperature. The pool bathrooms were also spotlessly clean. The bedrooms all have transparent shades, and so could use some thicker curtains to block the morning sunlight coming in. Otherwise cannot think of a single thing that could be improved. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay and would happily come back again.

The hotel is located next to a small harbor. The view of the harbor and its surroundings from the third floor is very nice. The nearby olive tree is visited by many different birds in the morning, so we were able to observe them up close. There is also a restaurant next to the hotel. You can sign up for a boat trip at the dock near the hotel. The Kennedy Space Center is a few kilometers from the accommodation, an ideal accommodation if someone wants to visit it. Nearby attractions: Warbird Museum (Titusville). Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach Helicopter Tour.

The accommodation was a bit noisy at night, due to the sound of cars from the nearby motorway. The kitchen was well equipped, however the coffee/tea maker was not clean, there was a ring of rust on the bottom of the pot. There was no kettle in the kitchen, we boiled water in a glass bowl, which was quite difficult. The shower head in the bathroom was fixed.

Great size place and close to a lot of things to do. The Dolphins Bar & Grill is great! I enjoyed my coffee on the balcony each morning. We were able to see a rocket launch from our balcony. Very cute decor, everything you need is provided, lots of storage. Kids loved the pool area. Wish we were able to stay longer!

The whole place could use a deep cleaning and touchups. Main things were cleaned wonderfully, but baseboards have gunk & dust along the top edge. Walls and doors are showing lots of scuffs and paint chips. The couch was very uncomfortable. Could use some instructions on how to navigate TV's. Tiles in the elevator are loose.

I stayed in a 3 bed condo for 7 nights. It was a gorgeous condo with everything you could possibly want. There was a fitness centre and heated pool that could be used and wasn't too busy at all. We ate at the Dolphin Restaurant onsite which provides a wide range of food and drinks. I would suggest trying the Mermaid Water as it was delicious. If you like water sports there are boats etc to rent on site. The property is situated just off the 528 toll road from the airport which was great. I haven't stayed on the east coast before but would definitely recommend it. It is only an hour from all the theme parks and shopping in Orlando and only 10-15 mins from the beach. Perfect!

The only thing that could be improved was slightly more crockery. It was a 3 bed condo and there was 6 of everything e.g. cups, plates. I had to put the dishwasher on when not full .......... not a problem but wastes water.

Restaurant onsite with in walking distance.

Every morning at around 6 am we heard a loud noise we called “wood pecker.” It was not a woodpecker ,and when I went to look at it in the morning it was this loud noise coming from the other side of the fence. It would last all morning. Pool was a bit slow, would be nice to have a bar/bar access and some cocktails and music or an outdoor tv or evening activities for the kids. Personally, our unit was very nice but matters were uncomfortable and bring your own pillow. As for location, close to Cape Canaveral, but not much else. I run and there was no friendly outdoor running. The work out center was a bit weak but did exist. I’d stay there again- the owners were very communicative and welcoming. I would like to try a different unit.

It was really a lovely, roomy space. Very well appointed. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The view was great. Management was very responsive to the single concern we had. Check in was a breeze due to the excellent instructions (with pictures) provided. Same for check out. Looking forward to a return visit to this property.

There really weren’t any dislikes

We were going on a cruise the following day and this resort was the perfect place to stay. The layout, decorations and location was wonderful. Also, we went to the restaurant on the property, which was convenient. I look forward to coming back to this resort before I go on the next cruise!

I realize people love their dogs and that is ok, but one person left their beloved dog's gift in the elevator which was unacceptable. That person did not have the decency to clean up behind their own animal. Perhaps, they felt that the cleaning staff should do it, which is incorrect thinking. They need to realize that this created an unsanitary situation. We spoke to one guest that stepped into the pile and his idea of cleanup involved going back to his room and washing it off, which now creates an unsanitary environment for the next person that will be staying in that villa. I do hope with the cameras on the property, one was able to catch and financially punish the perpetrator.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and spacious!

I felt as though the AC unit either may have been controlled outside of the unit or it took a long time to cool, but there are ceiling fans that helped to keep the unit cooled. Since the property is pet friendly, maybe invest in bags and receptacles for waste. We always travel with empty grocery bags and clean up after our dogs. Some people forget to do this. This may cut back on the amount of waste left on the grounds by owners who weren’t prepared to pick up after their pets.

This was our second time staying here and it was a nice stay. The interiors are very pretty and tranquil with coastal inspirations and the bedrooms are nice and clean. We stayed here in 2022 as well when they were very new so I do think some of the furniture (sofa, table chairs) is a bit worn in due to time and the amount of stays. I would stay here again and again bc its one of the better options around. This place has a great view of the Marina, its peaceful, and clean.

We didn't have a enough towels but unfortunately there was no one around readily to assist or bring extra towels. From what I can tell there isn't any onsite housekeeping. Overall though it wasn't a big deal.

No breakfast provided. The townhouse is very clean - bedsheets was changed after I complain it looks like it has been used. Comfortable for 6 people I don’t mind recommending it. For elderlies with suitcases it is better to stay in a place with elevator.

My expectation was we will be in a high rise building base on the photos I saw when I booked it but it was a townhouse practically standing next to other townhouses. Bad that Liza who checked us in, let us walk dragging our big suitcases for our cruise 2 stop signs away from the checkin counter. She did not even offer the golf cart available in the resort. We are elderlies and my husband was limping and she saw that but no offers of assistance.
