Lovely decor, big spacious room, loved the shower!

Breakfast was great although not lots of options for my husband who’s vegan.

An absolutely amazing hotel who saved me from being homeless on Christmas day after my airbnb room fell through. It was exceptionally quiet and there was no light pollution which is perfect for anyone who suffers from migraines. The room was meticulously clean, the facilities were spot on, and the room was secure. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful and being able to get a nightcap from the bar, certainly helped me to get over my airbnb trauma earlier that evening. Honestly I can't recommend them highly enough and will be booking with them the next time I'm in Liverpool.

Joe really looked after me from the moment I arrived and nothing was too much trouble! He even brought a champagne flute and plate and cutlery to my room for my uber eats without me even asking - i just happen to mention it ! The room was great but I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi bath which had lovely powerful jets and having owned a similar bath in the past and knowing how soap can get stuck in the jets and expell debris, I have to say that this was clearly serviced regularly as my bath water was pristine from the off 🙂 Great Internet connection and Netflix facilities too and parking onsite a bonus - super close to anfield for fans of the red men or visiting away fans This is definitely a go to hotel for me for future trips to Liverpool- great job 👏🙌

For me, this place was conveniently located. I interacted with 2 members of staff, both pleasant and helpful. The room was pleasant enough, very clean. Tea and coffee making was available, although only 4 milks. Many places its usually 6 or more. Breakfast was a help yourself continental with drinks, cereals, pastries, fruit and toasties. Enough to support a busy day ahead.

The pillows had seen better days, told the staff, hopefully they have been binned, truly awful, like sleeping on a bag of wet sand. The shower holder didn't hold the shower head, again reported.

I found the Phoenix hotel due to a friend sending me their last room available after being scammed by another property on booking.com. I turned up to check in and was greeted by a lovely young lady called Lucy. I was a bit of a mess and crying etc. I explained I had only booked the room 10/15 mins ago due to having no where to go and asked if they by any chance had the Tuesday night also which they didn't. Lucy said she would keep her eye out for me and that they also had a sister hotel and would also look there for me. This girl was amazing (obviously this is a very short version). An hour later we were sat outside and out came Lucy to tell me there had been a cancelation for the Tuesday and that she had booked us in! I leapt off my seat to hug her. I was so relieved. I can't thank her enough. I then went a brought a pint and relaxed. Lucy is a credit to your hotel she was a life saver to me. Thank you Thank you Thank you.

Not a thing, everything I needed for somewhere to get my head down after a long queue line and concert.

The location was perfect close enough to walk to the stadium we were attending and not far in the car from the docks to have a look around! The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely size TV that was perfect at the end of the night! We unable to stay another night due to work reasons but the hotel was more than accommodating by letting us park our car at the hotel during the concert which made getting back to the car and getting home easier, thank you!

We had no issues with our stay, the only thing that may have bothered someone else was the toilet roll holder wasn’t attached to the wall. To us this was not a big deal and we didn’t feel the need to complain as it didn’t bother us or effect our stay in any way.

Room was beautifully decorated and very modern. Bed was very comfortable and there was no issues with noise. Staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is easy to find.

TV didn't work without signing into to an Amazon account which I don't have, so unable to experience the benefits of a huge smart TV in the room. The tea and coffee holder was stained and the teabags on the bottom were stuck to the tray, maybe some sort of holder for the items in the tray would solve this? Parking is a bit of a challenge as there is no bays and the road to the side of the hotel is blocked off. The room I booked was without a window and I accept this is why the price was so good though my room smelt of damp. As there was heavy rainfall throughout the day and night the floor outside my room in the corridor flooded and there was a puddle on the floor which is maybe not helping with the damp smell.

A lovely quaint little hotel in prime position to get in and around Liverpool, greeted by Joe on arrival and given all necessary details regarding my night stay. Room as clean and well equipped for a business overnighter.

Parking is limited directly outside the hotel but there is plenty within a few minutes walk if unable to park directly in front of the hotel. Football fields in close proximity were loud as expected but were silent by 10p.m. to make for a good nights sleep.

Property was clean, quiet & in good location for Liverpool docks. The bedrooms were well decorated & equipped , & the beds comfortable The staff were all very welcoming & helpful. The continental breakfast was well supplied with the usual cereals, croissants, fresh fruit & fruit juices

The continental breakfast did not meet the needs of coeliacs even though the management had agreed to supply Gluten Free bread & cereal. It was there not good VFM for coeliacs. The bathroom sink leaked.

Rooms were decorated and furnished to a good standard and were very clean. Staff very nice and very helpful. Would take my partner here for a stay. Breakfast was a ontinental one, but the lovely guy made cheese and ham toasties which were to die for- thank you

The only downside was there was no draught beer in the bar. Every pump was dry ecept JS and a cider- I drink neither. Would have spent some time in the bar to be honest.
