The hotel is clean,big, spacious corridors, sitting areas, family friendly, enough space for everyone to spread out in the resort. Activities for all. A young man called Guillemot(hope correctly spelt) was exceptional at making us especially my 12 year old son feel very welcome. He spoke to my son about activities that were available. He did this everyday and answered questions. Guillemot has brilliant knowledge of customer service. Thankyou! All other stuff were friendly and helpful. Also patient. The reception staff, restaurant and cleaners were great

No tea and coffee Facilities in the room Coming from England we did miss our cuppas For me the beds and pillows could have been more comfortable No tea and coffee option at dinner time in the restaurant. If you wanted a hot drink you had to go and buy one from the bar

The room was huge, newly renovated, nice. We got a room with a huge balcony with the partly seaview. Great shower, comfortable bed and pillows, fridge in the room. Big area of the hotel, calm around, near beach

The restaurant was dissapointing. Especially dinner (which costs 25€/person without drinks): meat was overcooked and unable to bite and even to cut with a knife, the fish steaks were absolutery dry, churros were very greasy, etc. Expensive car parking, very cold water in the pools

the pool and green lawns, the entertainers, activities and shows, the food. If you prefer swimming in the sea you can also spend the day at the beach which is beside the hotel’s pool and also part of the hotel. great hotel for kids too, loads of activities and entertainment for them.

the rooms could be updated a bit in the older block by the side of the pool. The rooms at the other newer block were more modern and looked better kept. The air conditioning also did not work well in all the rooms, and we had to exchange one of the rooms because of this issue. the staff at reception were very helpful and sorted this matter out for us.

Big hotel with a modern interior. Great views of the beach from the upper floors. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great kids club and kids pool area. Good access to the beach. Nice big pool area. Great value for money during the Easter holidays. The staff were very friendly.

The food served at lunch on site was poor. We ate there once but not again. The beach outside the hotel was very unkempt. The hotel could make a little effort to tidy the beach of rotting seaweed and driftwood to make it more appealing even if just outside the hotel's part of the beach.

The room was spacious, watching the sunset was incredible, the breakfast buffet was delicious, we loved the coffee, the beach in front was lovely. Our overall experience was excellent. We didn't use the facilities such as the gym was swimming pool because we brought up bicycles and traveled in our van, we cycled along the sendor literal, the cycling path, in November we had temperatures of 22 or 23° , the cycle path is about 20 km from Estepona to Marbella. This hotel is exactly on the border of Estepona and Marbella, on our first day we cycled to Puerto Banus, and if we had wanted to we could have gone tomorrow but we got sidetracked in Puerto Banus! On the second day we cycled to Estepona, we didn't use the Blue Cycle Lane all the way, because it was Novembe,r there weren't many tourists therefore we could cycle on the Promenade. In 2 years this Blue Cycle Lane will be completed, there are Parts which are still under construction it will stretch all the way to Nerja. The man at reception gave us Maps for both directions, Estepona and Marbella and showed us how to get to the cycling path. He even recommended restaurants, and was super helpful and friendly.

All was perfect. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, they also had entertainment for adults and kids, we didn't attend because we were tired after cycling but there were things like DJs and karaoke nights, quiz nights, also things for children and in the morning there were activities such as Pilates and yoga and many more things that people would enjoy. You could probably stay the whole time in the hotel without leaving and have a great time.

I liked almost everything.i liked the grounds, the animation the spacious room bathroom and balcony in the new building.all the gardens were beautiful. Entertainment in the evening very good.

What I totally disliked was the food. It was the worst food I have had in all inclusive the beer was very good. I didn't like that I had to walk 15 minutes to get to main road to take a bus and too hot to be walking. No courtesy transport to take you to the main road. Nice beach but very difficult to get to the sea bc full of stones near the water. Kids couldn't play at the shore. Is a very big place and lots of walking but other than that is good.

The place is great and we had an excellent time. There is plenty of food to choose from and there are many activities to keep adults and kids happy.

I think the only thing to be careful about is that the parking lot is not the responsibility of the hotel. If something happens, the hotel does not assume any responsibility and clients have to deal with the parking lot company. One needs to be careful about this! Also the parking lot is expensive, 16 euros per day.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the sea water, the food was decent, room was spacious with enough facilities.

Far too many kids for our liking, fairly dirty beach, but the worst thing was the super loud shows that disrupted our sleep every night. Also the quiet pool should probably be quiet without kids, which it wasn't.

Everything was perfect

The beach, the sand was dirty and had loads of stones.

Pros + Great food/ wide selection to fit any needs. + Extremely clean. Our baby crawled the entire facility and was always clean. + Beautiful setting/ location + Wonderful caring staff

Cons (for us) + Kids club is only available unsupervised for 5+. Maybe there can be something for 3 plus. Like a puppet show. + Nightly kids disco starts at 9:15pm (we let our 3 year old go several times and it caused sleep disturbances). + Dinner at 8pm is also very Spanish but not in line with the bulk of people's eating times from the rest of Europe.
