Interior is like modern, clean and great condition spacious 3 bedroom apartment (very spacious at this price for Tokyo!)- feels like recently rennovated. Very comfortable and clean. Front staff, when available, had excellent English and helpful for any queries you might have.

Location is a little far out of usual tourist places and 5-8 mins walk to small train stations. The units are really good once inside but the walk through lobby and lift to it just needs brightening up and decoration maybe as quite dark and dingey at night. No parking for car but plenty of pay parking within few minutes walk.

it was close to the train station and a 7/11 across the road

upstairs in the private residences were very noisy from 11pm-6am dragging chairs, moving tables, stomping around, talking loudly. sounded like it was being renovated. it kept our kids awake every night that e stayed there for hours on end.

The accommodation is located in Arakawa, which is about 40-60min train/subway ride away from most of the main tourist attractions but getting there is fairly easy. There's plenty of convenience stores in the vicinity of the accommodation and many restaurants as well, but most of these open around 5.30PM. The train and subway stations are just a few minutes away by foot and there's also a small shopping mall next to the train station. The accommodation itself is spacious and has all the main facilities for comfort, however it is a bit worn down.

The facility and the apartment itself were a bit worn down and the level of cleanliness left a great deal to be desired. It also takes a while to get warm/hot water but there's instructions on what to do in case of such instances that there is no hot water.

Location is good. Coin laundry is just across the street as well as seven eleven. Clean towels are always available. Free umbrella usage helped us on some rainy days. Overall, we had a good stay.

We were a group of 5 with big luggage as we were travelling for 4 weeks. They put us on the 2nd floor with no elevator (elevator does not go to 2nd floor). We arrived after midnight and were so tired from the flight, and was surprised not to be able to take the elevator to our room. We had to carry all our luggage via stairs.

We were a family of 6 people and we fit comfortably in the room. There was a decent amount of wiggle room for our luggage and the kitchen/ dining area was spacious. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We are extremely grateful to them for allowing us to leave our luggage overnight. We made 2 separate bookings since we had a an overnight stay outside of Tokyo. They kept our luggage and even placed it back in our room the next day. Thank you so much. We are also happy with the location. Machiya Station was just a short walk away and there was a convenience store right in front of the hotel.

Everything was comfortable in our room, however, the shower had a slightly unpleasant smell. Aside from that, there was nothing else we didn’t like with our room.

Great distance to station and convenience store right across the road. Self check-in was simple and easy. Size of the lounge with the tatami room was comfortable for 4 bigger guys and the view with tokyo skytree was great.

The pillows in the tatami room were filthy and some blankets were a bit dirty.

I loved how close the hotel was to convenience stores, groceries and even restaurants. It was also very accessible to the train station and you can get anywhere from point a to point b. I also liked how accommodating and kind the staff were and they were always very responsive with our needs. They also offer room service with an extra charge and they will clean your room so well.

The linen were a little dusty but you can ask them to change it for you and they will. There’s really nothing I disliked about the place, if I were to say something, that would be nitpicking already.

This was the perfect hotel for the family to stay. It was amazing how much space there was. The kitchen and laundry facilities inside the apartment made our trip so convenient. A short walk to the train station meant we could easily go wherever we wanted and around the train station were great restaurants, karaoke and supermarkets.

There were maybe one or two small things that I would discuss with the managers but overall the place was perfect.

Really spacious with great views and conveniently located next to the 7 eleven and laundromat and train station. Also the beds were super comfortable!

Futons are way too thin. And the apartment realistically only sleeps 7 people comfortably whereas we had booked 1 apartment for 12 people which didn’t work so we ended up getting another one. Also if you’re sensitive to noise, the trains go by but it didn’t really bother our group and there was some construction at night time, but again it didn’t really bother us.

7/11 is just in front of the hotel and Train is just 5mins away. Very easy to check-in and check-out. The unit is clean and can accomodate an entire family of 9-13. Has kitchen, living area and private bedrooms. They have plenty of options.

Even the unit has 2-3 separate rooms it only offers a single toilet and separate bath room. They do not offer daily cleaning of unit, but they’ll pick up trashes and used towels outside
