I loved the location first and foremost, as I was on my own little 4 day Band of Brothers tour, and the location is superb. I also loved the owners.... They are the sweetest, and really make you feel like you are at home. It's a quintessential French farmhouse cute comfortable hotel, with a great breakfast and beautiful grounds. If you are looking to do the Normandy thing, and this place is available, stop, click reserve and you will not be disappointed.... See you next year 😁😁

It's not that I didn't like but a secure key drop might be a good investment in the future for those who may want to leave early and not bother you.... Just saying

This place was delightful- room was very cute, and had more outlets than I generally expect in a European accommodation. Property is tranquil, and breakfast included more than the usual bread+butter & jam/croissant , and coffee/tea/hot chocolate. We had all those (jam of several varieties made on site), apple juice- regional, and were also offered crepes, bacon, apples, yogurt, Camembert, cereal. Very nice. We enjoyed a nice dinner last night at the restaurant recommended by Prune (the host) -La Sapinere and she even called and made us a reservation- to hold a table for us. Very kind. This place is a wonderful value and I would definitely stay here again .

Everything was great. Bed is firm, but I slept well.

Family run establishment. Staff very nice and welcoming. Extraordinary breakfast. Room on the small side but comfy. Access to a guess kitchen very convenient (with complimentary tea and madeleines :-)) The owner contacted us beforehand with suggestions for restaurant reservation, what we found very useful, practical and in addition yummy!

Towels too thin. Short exterior walk between accommodation building rooms and guess kitchen/ breakfast room. Nothing terrible as long as is not raining.

it was a charming bed and breakfast and the hostess was wonderfully kind. they called taxis and made reservations on their own initiative to help us Americans visiting D day sites with very little French to go on. everything was in walking distance to the sites but a long walk . older or disabled would need to rent a car or definitely arrange taxis to the cemetary or beach.

there was no air conditioning but it was cool night with ocean breeze and if we had screens in windows like in the US you could sleep with the window open and not worry about flying insects .

Very nice accomodation, the room was super clean and the host really friendly (and speaks good English too). For breakfast there were fresh criossants and baguettes, bacon and eggs, fresh pancakes, hot chocolade and much more. We loved it! Even though there are no restaurants around (the closest is 7 min drive), the location is good as it is close to museums and beach.

Room was cosy, bathroom facilities were quite new and working well. Owners are lovely people, they recommended places to visit, restaurants to eat Homemade breakfast was exceptional, really delicious Hotel had a garden, where you can sit and relax Also there was a kitchen with tea, coffee, fridge, etc

Obviously need a car to get to places around

The accommodations were excellent. It's a fantastic room very clean and well decorated. The breakfast and dining area are very, very good. Madame Pear runs a fine establishment. For visiting the beaches, it is at a prime location. You do need to have a car.

There is nothing to dislike

A calme place to stay to visit Omaha Beach, really good breakfast

We were traveling with a person with reduced mobility. Even though we left a message at the moment of the reservation, the staff did not consider this when assigning us the room. We had a room on a second floor with two stairs that were difficult to access.

The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, offering fresh baguettes and croissants, crepes, homemade jam, and a few other treats. The hosts also sell their own calvados, cider, sweets and other things made locally. The property is right next to a road, but thanks to greenery surrounding it, it's pretty quiet. Omaha Beach is only a 20-minute walk away, with plenty of other historical sites and museums only a short drive away.

An extra seating and a small table in the room would be nice. Otherwise can't think of anything, would love to go back one day.

The appartment was fit really well for a family of 4 as we could sleep on the first floor while the kids (5 and 8 years) slept on the the 2nd or roof floor. We were still in one room, but also not too close. The Cidre of the host was awesome and I was brought a cooled bottled after we returned home. We took two boxes with us, unfortunately they didn't make it home as it was too tasty.

Location was quite remote and not that easy to find. Our host was quite hard to find upon arrival. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special.
