Location was perfect. The Duomo was just a few steps away from the property, shops, & good restos. The common area had everything you’ll need (kitchen stuff, coffee machine, water dispenser etc). Bathroom and the room was very spacious, bed was comfy. The place was very quiet, entry, check in and check out was smooth, quick and convenient.

There is nothing we didn’t like but it would’ve been good if they provided shampoo and conditioner). The tv only had italian channels but we really didn’t mind as we were outside most of the time and needed to rest when we were back in the room.

Perfect location - literally on the street corner of the Duomo. Walking distance to everything. Very central. Apartment was large with adequate amenities. High ceilings, felt very spacious. Available kitchen area but was communal.

Didn't bother us but shower is quite small so maybe not suitable for all body sizes. The check in process was slightly confusing but all the instructions are given, just found which door a bit difficult to find. Otherwise great stay. Bed was quite squeaky but comfortable.

Wonderful accommodation in the heart of Florence. The marble walls (maybe five metres high) are more than impressive. The accommodation as well as the surroundings feel like a 5 star hotel/apartment. We only stayed for one night and it was no problem to leave our luggage in the common area during the day. Due to the nice staff, we felt safe with it at all times.

The room was superb: clean and very spacious. Beds were comfy. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. Location was great, right in the centre of Florence and a step away from the Duomo. The directions to find the hotel and to check-in were perfect, very helpful. We found the hotel in no time and had no problem getting in.

The room was very noisy, we could hear everything that was happening in the street, which was a lot! Earplugs are a must!

A little tricky to enter at first so make sure you read the instructions and try enter during reception hours. Didn’t have issues again after the first time

The room is nice and clean. Good location in the center. The room is big. There is a kitchen you can use that also has drinking water. You really need to watch video in order to get to the apartment.

The instruction for parking were a little bit confusing for foreign people - would be helpful if the directions links or coordinates were provided. WiFi signal in the room was week - in and out. The only place with the strong signal was bathroom. We could not change the safe box code, and did not want to use the pre-set code (the only one that worked) due to the security concerns. Communication was not excellent - eventually, we got responses to our questions but it took a while.

Amazing location and brilliant check in service. Huge room, lovely hotel. Alessandro was always helpful when needed. Very well equipped kitchen, there is everything you need. And those views from the window!

Dior & Hina were absolutely amazing hosts, they gave us fantastic recommendations on what to do, eat & much more.

Unfortunately they do not have a pool but we went to the beach that was recommended which was beautiful

The location was 10/10, short walk from the station but also walking distance to everything else! Google maps takes you literally right outside the doors.

Not really anything to complain about, toilet seat was broken but that’s about it.

First of all, I do not think there is a hotel that has a better location than this one. When you exit from the door the next thing you see when you turn right is Duomo. It is THE place if you want to be at the center of Florence. Apart from it, the hotel was also truly comfortable and Alessandro made everything even better with his knowledge and assistance. This will be the place I will stay in the next time I visit Florence from now on. Thank you very much.
