The rooms are quite basic, but exceptionally clean and comfortable and represent good value. The hotel is located in the centre of Vera and has good car parking. However, the real reason we stay here is for the exceptional food. The food in the restaurant is beautifully cooked and there is quite an extensive and interesting menu ( order in Spanish if you can, some of the translations on the English menu are interesting, to say the least.) And we are always pleasantly surprised when we get the bill at the end of the evening. Meanwhile, the tapas selection in the bar is one of the best we have come across in this area.

Very historic and characterful hotel in the centre of Vera Pueblo. Easy to find free parking just behind the hotel. Really liked all the history and old photos of the local bull ring. Staff friendly and helpful with maps and recommendations for local restaurants. Feria was on during our stay, so unfortunately nothing really open in the town but we found food and drinks at the Feria site, which was really fun.

Unfortunately the hotel's bar/restaurant was closed during our short stay (Monday night), which was a shame, as it has a really good reputation and we would've liked to eat there, maybe next time. Also would like extra pillows.

Great family hotel. Beautifully decorated . Lots of pictures/posters in the communal areas . Lovely cafeteria with a terrace. Smartly dressed waiting staff. Didn't go into the restaurant, but was beautifully decorated. The actual room was nice. Bathroom was perfect, everything was spotlessly clean. Beautifully soft and clean towels and plenty of them. Air conditioning was perfect. Beds comfortable. Toileties, hairdryer provided. Plenty of parking although across the road . A few secure parking spaces within hotel. Brealfast in cafeteria was nice though had to ask for toast and jam . Lovely English tea in pots. 2 breakfast, 2 teas and 2 coffees, only 7.50 euros!

No pictures on the walls making the room look bland. Plenty all over the hotel though. Only tapas in the cafeteria. So didnt eat dinner there as the large restaurant with full menu didnt open till 9pm. No tea/coffee making facilities.

Accommodation is room only, all meals available at bar or restaurant, payable as you go. Amazing family run restaurant. Good efficient service.

If driving, get directions to the parking lot at rear of property - especially if you are arriving on market day, Saturday. It took us and Google maps at least 20 minutes to navigate the streets after leaving the highway.

The hotel is fairly basic and in need of upgrades. But it is kept well and clean. The rooms are basic but comfortable. Good location. Excellent value and service. The restaurants, both, the formal dining room and the casual one, are very good (the chef got a Michelin Bib in 23); so, this is a treat.

This Hotel is a great place to stay, the location is excellent being right in the heart of Vera with beach resorts close by. The Hotel rooms themselves are simply decorated but comfortable and extremely clean. We stayed here as we wanted to eat in the restaurant and not drive home afterwards. The restaurant is simply outstanding and the bar/cafe/terrace areas are a must visit even if just passing through for a coffee. The prices are extremely reasonable and the service is just simply outstanding, the atmosphere/ambience is totally relaxing and you will not be disappointed in seeking this place out. Family owned for more than 70 years, their passion for service is obvious from the moment you step onto the premises, will definitely be making a regular visit here in the future, Love, Love Love it!!!

No tea or coffee making facilities in the bedrooms, other than that there is nothing we did not like, especially for the price paid.

This is a small, slightly old fashioned hotel but it’s perfect for staying short-term. The staff are wonderful and the location superb.

I’ve stayed here twice. The first time, my balcony overlooked the bar and courtyard and was superb. I had one this time overlooking the roof; not so nice.

The room was very big and clean, the bathroom was also very large and bright, clean and with all the necessary toiletries. The beds were very comfortable and the room was cool even with the very hot weather outside. The location is great, staf was very polite and welcoming.

small traditional family owned hotel (exceptionally clean) with first class restaurant and cafe/tapas bar and terrace. Food and service in restaurant and bar were exceptional and very reasonably priced for the quality. in centre of town with free parking.

nothing we didn’t like but would check restaurant and bar are open, think they may close on a Monday? Even tho other restaurants around it would be a shame to miss this one.

Nothing with regard to the hotel itself. However, for people visiting, Monday is a closed day for the town of Vera e.g. most shops, restaurants, etc. Might be helpful for this point to be known.
