Linen, especially the towels need a new supply as discolouration

Was close to everything we needed to go too, breakfast was nice and staff friendly

Location & rooms and property are beautiful

Pool wasn’t very clean & the shower was rubbish

Pool needed serious maintenance we asked for twin beds but got double son had to pay $200 dollars extra for mattress on floor

The location is ok - it is close to the beach, 5min walk - however currently they are doing construction, so the beach is full of diggers and dozers. The street the village is on has a multitude of eateries and food marts and shopping. across the road is the most amazing laundry also!! Bali Boozy on the corner is also a great place to go. The food is INCREADIBLE here! the breakfast included is 11/10 and one the night we left i ordered the satay chicken and spring rolls and it was also 11/10. The staff are lovely and helpful and the village itself is beautiful! feeling like you are in the middle of the jungle - it is back from the street so it is also nice and quote - the rooms are clean and spacious. Highly recommend!!

I had read the other reviews about the pool area, which it is a great pool with a swim up bar, plenty of lounges and shade, the decking is quite loose and the tils in the pool are coming away - this didn't stop us from using the pool every single day - my 3 year old swam everyday and although the tiles were in some places missing, it wasn't sharp or dangerous, and tread slowly around the deck was all that was needed. the pool was warm and had a decent shallow space for little ones or to sunbake

This was perfect little village and met my needs for my stay in Seminyak. Beautiful big bungalows, peaceful and beautiful property. Lovely pool. They cleaned my room every day, and at evening when I wasn't in, they turned down my bed and left a little Asian rice dessert treat which I loved! It was up at the further end of Seminyak which is further away from the action, shops and nightlife, however, mostly everything I needed was within walking distance and meant it was quieter at all times. When I wanted to catch up with friends further afield I caught a gojek car and it took me around 45 mins to get to double-six resort. There was a gorgeous and affordable spa (Bening spa) right next door which was another haven unto itself and a fantastic little eatery which unfortunately had a silly name (Bali Boozy kitchen & bar) but had really good food, drinks and decor. I would stay here again if I was coming to Seminyak again.

Nothing really, just be prepared for the location. Seminyak is huge and has lots of traffic so what seems close isn't really. Plenty of spas and eateries are close by but the main shopping areas are down further closer to Denpasar.

The village is beautiful, very quiet, and has an amazing bungalow. The room was very spacious and had air conditioning, a fridge, and a spacious bathroom. There is also a nice patio outside. The pool is very nice, the water is warm (maybe too warm when it's hot outside), and there is a nice bar at the pool where you can have a seat. The restaurant and the food were very nice as well. The staff was very helpful and kind. I had breakfast in my room without any extra charge, which was great. For being in Seminyak, it was also very quiet.

There's a beach close by, but it's not that great and they're doing some construction there. You have to walk for at least 20 minutes to get to the cool bars on the beach. But the sunset was incredible!

WE would rate this property a 5 star if not for one incident. Our room had an electrical black out at 4 am. Actual help came in the morning. We were bitten by mosquitos on the face!!!!! It was terribly hot on that night too. Disappointed as it kind of ruin our holiday and the day (with a guided tour) went by without much joy as we lacked sleep with red marks on the face. Compensation for that - a cake - they say, be grateful which we were. But for such an incident, a free breakfast or a late checkout would be more thought sincere!

Loved the property for cleanliness and rooms were spotless l, comfortable and cool, plenty of sun beds and food was nice. Reception and eating area and garden kept lovely

The pool really needs maintenance with tiles loose and missing, actually I would say close to dangerous, lots of adults there but children may cut themselves if not seen. Would be nice to see an actual manager as this wasn’t obvious with lots of younger people working there..

The facilities and staff were generally amazing. It had a lovely, relaxing feel to the place. The bungalow rooms were beautiful and the food was good!

This is a minor complaint. My toilet was broken the day arrived and didn't really work the whole time I was there. On my final day I was moved rooms to a lower priced room than I'd paid for. It wasn't as nice and was noisier. During checkout the next day I asked for a discount. The lady behind the desk couldn't get hold of her manager so I ended up without one.
