Staffs were friendly. Room service was excellent. and overall experience was good.

The place is bit old and mouldy. One of our room was smelling pretty bad because of mould. Needs renovation ASAP.

This was our favourite accommodation in Bali and Gili islands. The accommodation is stunning - even more beautiful than the pictures. Imagine opening your bedroom door to a beautiful blue pool with the sun shining down. Outdoor shower was fantastic and very generous outdoor eating and living space. All very clean and anti-mosquito scent and bed curtains. The service was fantastic. We ordered breakfast in advance each day via WhatsApp. We arrived to “happy honeymoon” decorations and we must have mentioned it was my wife’s 30th birthday (or maybe they noticed from the passport) because the next day (after a boozy day at Finns beach club) we arrived back to “happy birthday” decorations and a cake! The villa is a quiet oasis - we just wish we stayed longer!

Basically it's located in between Canggu and Seminyak area, easy to find to reach nearby attractions or restaurants. It's close to main road, so many minimarkets and local stalls surrounding the villa, but still quite and definitely private. Room furniture is a bit old and worn out, but bed is comfortable. The pool is great and well maintained.

The mosquitoes. But the staffs provide burn repellant every afternoon for the room and bathroom. Would be nice if they also provide spray or lotion repellant for guest. I bought it myself from minimarkets nearby.

The villas were situated off street and very quiet , very spacious bedroom and bathroom, the open living space was adequate for our stay. The staff were really helpful with all our requests. Would definitely consider staying again if they were adequately equipped for long stays ( kitchen utensils, parasol for sun loungers, ).

The open living space was open to the wildlife and cats sleeping on sofas, squirrels and the cockerels kept us awake most nights. The living room furniture needs updating and there were a lack of kitchen utensil pots and pans to cook with, we only had a small frying pan and one small mixing bowl. The mosquitoe nets around the bed kept coming off there track leaving space for mosquitoes to get in.

We stayed here for 9 nights and absolutely loved it. Having said that the villas are in urgent need of a deep clean and makeover so be aware that they are not in perfect condition but are priced accordingly. The villas are perfectly located in.a quiet area but close to the beach with plenty of bars & restaurants close by. The villas themselves are large and the pool is great and the quietness and serenity once you close the doors to your villa is heavenly. Breakfast served in your villa was great with a decent choice. The staff are just wonderful and all so friendly and helpful & nothing is too much trouble. All the girls on reception, Eka, Fiona and Septi were great and Septi in particular was an absolute diamond & helped us so much. The only thing that soured our stay slightly was when they tried to charge us an extra fee for cleaning because of an alleged black mark on the duvet cover. As there was no stain the charge was reversed but it was all so unnecessary & is a policy I think they should review. All in all though a great relaxing stay & we would definitely stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We wanted to buy a sim card and one of the staff (sorry I forgot her name) came with us to the shop next to the villa and helped us while buying the sim card.

Breakfast can be improved maybe with more options? We had 2 options only, one Balinese and one American. We preferred the American one since the Balinese is totally different to us. However with the American also we were not satisfied. May add intercontinental option also without sausage, ham and add cheese and scrambled egg or cereals?

The friendliness and really outstanding personal service.Eka,Septi,Fiona and all the cleaning staff are really good. The room was always cleaned, thoroughly and the bed was perfect.The pool was great and we had our breakfast on time every morning. The girls went the extra mile by always organizing a ride for the day,especially the day trip was brilliant with the driver Putu really delivering excellent service. So in all really good and value for money. I strongly recommend the villas for a comfortable stressless peaceful holiday,especially for couples. Like I said real value for money especially with the NZ dollar.Thank you guys.

Scrubbing ends to be done in the shower.

Our Villa at Awan was extremely comfortable, not forgetting an incredible king size bed with mosquito netting. Private pool inside our compound was outstanding as we used it a couple times a day. Breakfast is complimentary and a delicious way to start your day. Easy walk to beach Warungs and many great places to dine. The staff at Awan are very happy to help accommodate any request. Highly recommended Terima kasih Definitely book again next year

There is a list of charges for broken crockery or heavily soiled linen… We paid for accidently breaking a glass 😞

We enjoyed the peaceful area and the pool was nice and well cleaned. The house keeping also did a good job each day and staff were friendly.

Stray animals had come in overnight and left large amounts of faeces, which weren’t always cleaned straight away when asked. There was also a large number of ants, while the shower did not run properly as it was either boiling or freezing, with poor pressure.
