The room is modern and the beds are clean. The art deco certainly made the room looks like a 3 star hotel. Despite being in a mixed neighborhood, the hotel feels safe. The front desk monitors all the cameras.

The room floor is very dirty. We have never been to a hotel that we cannot walk around barefooted. The cleaning staff did not seem mop the floor at all, our feet got all dirty after just a few steps as if we were walking in the outside hallway. The room amenities could have been better. They are missing basic items that are typically standard in any 2 stars hotel like Iron/Iron board, luggage rack, clothing hangers, and hair dryer. If they fix all these items, this hotel should earn another half star.

The place is immaculate everything clean the cleaning ladies make sure your room clean and comfortable. One day it was super cold and I left and they clean my room and they fix my bed with a comfortable they over extend the love there . The front desk they are so loving and there super nice and understanding I wouldn’t trade them for no luxury or rich hotel. The way they take care of you is immaculate. This hotel I will always recommend the inside is esthetically pleasing and the outside lights are so cute .

After seeing some captivating images of Signature in Houston, I decided to give it a try. I have been staying at other expensive hotels in Houston at least twice a week, but I wanted to experience something different. And I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The prices were reasonable, the rooms were stunningly beautiful and impeccably clean. The location was convenient, and the customer service exceeded my expectations. I have never experienced such exceptional service before. This hotel has truly surpassed all my expectations. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience, and please continue to maintain the same level of excellence.

Everything was beyond my expectation Thank you

The room was nicely decorated, well equipped and very big. It was great to be able to spread out. Everything seemed quite new and was very clean. The outside of the hotel does not do it justice. Hopefully they work towards some improvements. The centre courtyard has so much potential and could be a fabulous oasis.

I did not find the staff at check-in very friendly and the lobby area is not very welcoming. The biggest complaint that we had was when we returned from dinner and realized our door did not actually lock. All you have to do is push on it and it opened without the key. Thankfully, once you're inside you can use the deadbolt and extra lock.

I was impressed by the size and layout of the room. It was comfortable, clean, and modernized. I can tell the facility was still under renovation, but the rooms that were available were perfect.

The outside of the building was a little old and worn. There was construction around and it was a bit unsightly, but not anything the hotel could do to make that better. Behind the hotel was a gym in the garages. Loud music and voices echoed until the gym closed. It was quiet inside the room, though so not a problem.

It's peaceful, the building looks cool with different lights at night.

Bed isn't comfortable at all, the bed frame underneath the matress isn't really a bed, but some old filing cabinets and they make sounds. The whole room smelled like bleach. Not a pleasant smell. The mirror had water splashes and so did the faucet, looked like it wasn't cleaned properly. The rest of the room was clean.

The room and decor were amazing. Layout was up to date and comfortable! The staff was very polite. HOT SHOWERS!! This is a wonderful room, and we enjoyed our night. The lighted mirrors were really awesome and put a neat glow to the room. Including a retro style mini fridge and microwave was a huge plus. The headboard of the bed and side table is extremely convenient for charging phones and tablets with plenty of room.

The directions to the hotel itself were slightly confusing. The hotel is behind a strip mall and only has one way in or out. The bed did not have a fitted mattress cover. I toss in my sleep, and everything came off the bed. It is difficult to sit down at the chair as the t.v. hits you in the head. That is a very interesting design.

The room was really big and way nicer than I anticipated.

The outside is a little off putting but the inside of the rooms really was great. You can tell it was recently repurchased by newer owners and they’re putting in the time to fix it up nicely. Our room was great!

Room was updated, comfortable bed, really cool light up mirror. In progress of being redecorated so the hotel was in various stages of remodel.

No pool. It’s covered in with cement.

although the property was in not the best location it was very clean it had updated furniture and appliances the staff was very helpful let us stay an hour later after checkout time and very nice would recommend staying here if u wanna spend little money for great quality.

The location is not the best.
